       sworne to say the truth in the Premisses upon their Oathes doe say wee the Jurors find that there
       were severall hogsheads of wines Called Clarett imported into the River called S.t Georges in this Province
       within the ship called the Liverpoole Merchant Richard Windall Comander of the same shipp and now
       rideing att Anchor in the said River And there was not true intrey made of the said wines before
       breaking Oath in the said ship therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the said ship called the
       Liverpoole Merchant Richard Windall Comander of the [illegible] with her Gunns tackle furniture
       amunicon & apparell And Alsoe all the goods that were Imported in the said ship Except such goods
       as are menconed in the Cocquetts that were delivered in by the said Richard Windall att the tyme of the
       Entry of the said ship) be forfeited according to Act of Parliament

       Manning M.r John Llowellin & Symon Spracklen to appraise the ship Liverpoole Merchant with
       all her Guns Tackle furniture amunition & apparell now Rideing att Anchor in S.t Georges River
       And the Appraisement thereof that you Exhibit into the secretarys office under your hands & for
       soe doeing this shalbe your warrant Given under my hand the Eighteenth of March 1677

       Know all men by these presents that I John Moll of the Town of Newcastle upon Delaware
       River March.t have Remised Released and for ever quitt Claimed and by these presents doe
       for me my Ex.rs & Adm.rs & every of us Clearely & absolutely Remise Release and for ever quitt
       claime unto Gerrard Van Sweringen of the Citty of S.t Maryes in the Province of Maryland Gent.l
       his heyrs Ex.rs & Adm.rs of all & all manner of acts ^or^ suites quarrells debts dutyes Bills Bonds
       writings obligatory Reckonings accompts and demands whatsoever which against the said
       Van Sweringen ever I have had may have or which I my Execut.rs & Adm.rs or any of us att any time
       hereafter shall or may have for or by Reason or Meanes of any matter Cause or thing whatsoever
       from the Beginning of the world unto the day of the date of these presents in Wittnes whereof
       I have hereunto sett my hand and seale this Thirteenth day of Aprill Anno Domi 1678

       This Indenture made the Thirteenth day of Aprill in the Third yeare of the Dominion of
       Charles &.ca Annoq Domini one thousand six hundred seventy Eight Between Jonathan Clarke
       of the County of Westmerland in Virginia and Rebecca Clarke his wife And Phillip Lewen of Saint
       Maryes County in the Province of Maryland and Margarett Lewen his wife on the one partie
       And John Addison of S.t Maryes County aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that the said Jonathan
       Clarke and Phillip Lewen for and in Consideration of four servants to us the said Jonathan Clarke
       and Philip Lewen by the said John Addison in hand Paid before the Ensealing hereof the Receipt
       whereof wee the said Jonathan Clarke and Phillip Lewen doe hereby these presents Acknowledge
       And thereof doe hereby Acknowledge to Exonerate and discharge the said John Addison his heires
       Executors Administrators and assignes and every of them by these presents And for other good causes
       and Considerations them Especially moveing have granted Alienated Bargained Sold Enfeoffed and
       Confirmed and by these presents for him his heyres doe give grant Alienate Bargain Sell
       Enfeoffe and Confirme unto the said John Addison to him and his heyres for Ever all that parcell of
       Land Comonly known and Called Cagers Island Scituate Lying and being upon the Easterne
