549) 559 in a good sure perfect and Indefeizable Estate of inheritance in Fee simple to him & his heires without any Limitacon or other Matter to alter or change the same And that he hath in himselfe full power & absolute authority to grant & demise the same in Manner & forme aforesaid And that he the sd Walter Taylor his Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes shall & may dureing the said Tearme of Ninety & Nine Yeares hereby granted peaceably & quietly have hold occupye possess and Enjoy the said sixty Acres of Land & appurtenances without any lett suite trouble Molestacon Eviccon or disturbance of or by the said Daniell Moy his heires or Assignes or any clayming by from or under him them or any of them or of or by any other person or p.rsons whatsoever (the Rents & Services due to the cheife Lord or Lords of the p.rmisses from hence forth only Excepted) And Further That the said Daniell Moy his heires & all claiming under him hath Not att any time heretofore made or granted any former or other grant of the p.rmisses or otherwise charged or Encumbered the same in title charge or Estate And Lastly the said Daniell Moÿ for himselfe his heires heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs & for every of them doth covenant grant & agree to & with the said Walter Taylor his Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes by these p.rsents That he the said Daniell Moy his heires & all claiming under him & them shall & will at any time hereafter dureing the said terme Make & grant unto the said Walter Taylor his Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes for the terme & under such further or other grant of the p.rmisses for the Confirming the same unto the sd Walter Taylor his Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes for the terme & under the rent afsd as by the said Walter Taylor his Ex.rs or Assignes or his or their Councell learned in the law shall be reasonaby devised or advised & required In Wittness whereof the parties afsd to these Indentures Interchangeably have put their hands & seales the Day and yeare first above written 1691 Daniell Moy (sealed) on the back side of the forgoing Deed her marke was thus written Anne X Moy (sealed) Signed sealed & delivered in the p.rsence of us John Valliant his John H Horne marke Thomas P Price his Marke Thomas X Taylor his Marke Memorand This day Came the within Menconed Daniell Moy and Acknowledged this within specifyed Indenture to be his Act & Deed And Anne Now wife of of the said Daniell being Secretly Examined out of the hearing of her husband whether shee did freely & of her owne good will without any threats feare or Complucon of her said husband consent to the within Specified Sayle of the within Menconed Land for the tearme afsd who did before us under written acknowledge that shee did freely consent thereunto In Wittness whereof Wee have hereunto sett our hands this six day of Aprill Annq.r Dm 1692 Thomas Tench John Addison Int.r 26.th Aprill 1692 P W Taylar Clk |
