541) 551 Doth Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the said Robert Ellis his Heires and Assignes by these Presents That the said John Llewellin and Audrey his his wife and their Heires & all and every other pson & psons any Estate haveing or lawfully Claiming or which shall or may Lawfully claime any Estate Right Title Interest in or unto the said Land and other the said Bargained premisses or any part thereof by from or under them or any of them or by from or under the said John Tanner dec.d shall & will from time to time & at all times hereafter upon the Reasonable request and at the Costs & Charges in the Law of the said Robert Ellis his Heires & Assignes doe make acknowledge Levy suffer and Execute all and every such further and other Lawfull and reasonable Act & Acts Conveyances and Assureances in the Law whatsoever for the further & better Conveying and Assureing the said sixteene hundred Acres of Land & premisses with the Appurtenances unto the said Robert Ellis & his Heires to the use of him the said Robert Ellis and of his Heires & Assignes for Ever Bee it by fine Recovery or Recoveries Deed or Deeds acknowledging and Recording these Presents or by any other Lawfull & reasonable wayes or meanes whatsoever as by the Councill Learned in the Law of the said Robert Ellis his Heires or Assignes shall be Reasonably devised or advised & required soe as such further assureance Conteine or Comprize noe further Covenants or warranty then are in these Presents Comprized And soe as the pties required to make such further assureance be not required for the doeing or makeing thereof to Travell above Tenn Miles from the place of his her or their respective abode In Wittness whereof the pties aforesaid to these Indentures Interchangeably have putt their hands and seales the Day and year first above written John Llewellin (sealed Sealed and Delivered by the within named Audrey Llewellin (sealed John Llewellin & Audrey his wife in the p.rsence of W.m Digges W.m Gwither Geo Layfeild On the back side of the aforesaid recited Deed was Tho Grunwin Endorsed as followeth This Day being the 17.th Day of Aprill 1689 Came before us underwritten the within named John Llewellin & Audrey his wife & acknowledged the within to be their Act and Deed and the said Audrey being solely & secretly Examined did declare her self to be free to signe & seal the same and that shee does it not by any Threats or Compulsion of her Husband or others wittness our hands this Day and year first above written W.m Joseph Recor Aprill y.e 26.th 1689 Clem.t Hill |
