539) 549 Being the westermost bound Tree of a pcell of Land formerly Layd for James White of Ann Arrundell County Called Edlington and running with the line of the said Land North one hundred & fifty pches to the head line of the Land of Gabriell Parrott called Parrotts Thickett & runing North one Hundred & fifty pches to the Land of John Howerton Called Howertons Range then bounding on the said Land Runing North North west one Hundred pches to a bounded oake standing in the said Howertons line Then west six hundred forty five pches bounding on the west by a line drawne south Four hundred & five pches Then with a streight line to the first bounded Tree Conteining and laid out for sixteene hundred Acres of Land more or less Together with all Woods Underwoods Timber and Trees & all wayes Easements proffitts Comodities Advantages Emoluments hereditaments & appurtenances whatsoever to the said Tract or pcell of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining or therewith or with any pt thereof Comonly used occupied or Enjoyed and the Revercon or Revercons Remainder & Remainders Rents issues and Proffitts of all & singular the premisses and of every pt & pcell thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest Claime & demand whatsoever of them the said John Llewellin & Audrey his wife of in and unto the same and every or any pt or pcell thereof and all Deeds writings Pattents Charters Escripts & muniments whatsoever to the same belonging or appertaining To have & to hold the said sixteene Hundred acres of Land and all other the premisses hereby Bargained & sold or herein or hereby ment menconed or intended to be Granted Bargained sold and Confirmed unto the said Robert Ellis his Heires and Assignes for Ever to the onely proper use and behoofe of the said Robert Ellis his Heires and Assignes absolutely and for Ever And the said John Llewillin for him and his Heires & for the said Audrey his wife the said sixteene hundred Acres of Land and premisses with the appurtenances unto the said Robert Ellis his Heires & Assignes against them the said John Llewellin & Audrey his wife & their Heires & against the Heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs & widdow of John Tanner late of Calvert County Merchant dec.d & against all and every pson or psons whatsoever lawfully Claiming or to Claime by from or under him her them or any of them shall and will warrant & for Ever Defend by these Presents And the said John Llewellin for himselfe his Heires Executors & Adm.rs & for ever of them and for the said Audrey his wife doth Covenant promise Grant and agree to & with the said Robert Ellis his Heires and Assignes by these Presents in manner & forme following (That is to say) that they the said John Llewellin and Audrey his wife or one of them now is or are and stand or standeth Lawfully Rightfully & |
