533) 543 And bee East One Hundred Percthes to a Marked Red Oake and from the said Oake by a line drawne west & bee south for Length four hundred Perches & from the end of the west and bee south line by a line drawne North and be west one hundred pches unto the land of William Gwither And with the said Land East and bee North to the first bound Tree Containing and now laid out for Two hundred and fifty acres more or less according to the Certificate of survey thereof taken and Returned into the Land office at the City of S.t Maries bearing Date the sixth Day of November An.o 1685 And there Remaining upon Record to be holden of the Mannor of Baltemore with all and singular ^its^ Right Jurisdiccons & Appurtenances together with all houses Ediffices Buildings Barnes stables hogg and Tobacco houses Orchards Gardens Yards Lands Tenements Medows feedings Pastures Woods Underwoods profitts Commodities Common of Pasture hereditam.ts and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said messuage Tenement or Premisses or to any pt or pcell of them belonging or in any manner of ways appertaining To Have & to hold the said Parcell of Land & all and singular hereby Granted Bargained & sold with their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances whatsoever unto the said W.m Hill his Heires Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes for ever and to the only use and behoofe of the said William Hill his Heires Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes for Ever And the said Thomas Gwither for himselfe his Heires Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes doth hereby Covenant Grant & Agree to and with the said William Hill his Heires Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes at the time of the sealing of these Presents the said Land and Premisses is a good pure perfect Estate of Inheritance in fee simple without any Condicon Revercon Remainder or Limitacon of any Use or Uses Estate or Estates in or to any Person or Persons whatsoever to Alter Change defeate determine and make void the same And that the said Thomas Gwither at the time of the sealing hereof a Lawfull Authority to Grant Bargaine Sell & Convey all and singular the before Granted Premisses with their and every of their Appurtenances unto the said William Hill his Heires Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes in Manner and forme aforesaid had And that the said William Hill his Heires Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes & every of them shall and may by force and vertue of these Presents from time to time and at all times for ever hereafter Lawfully Peaceably and Quietly have hold use occupie possess and Enjoy the said pcell of Land and all and singular the before Granted Premisses with their and Every of their Rights Members & Appurtenances and have Receive & take the Issues & profitts thereof to his and their owne proper use and behoofe for Ever without any Lawfull suite trouble Deniall Interrupcon Eviccon or Disturbance of the said Thomas Gwither his Heires Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes or of or by any other person or psons whatsoever Lawfully Claiming by from or under him them or any of them or by his or their meanes and Consent Title Interest privitie or procurement & free and Clear & freely |
