544 (534 And Clearly Acquitted Exonerated and Discharged and from time to time well and sufficiently saved and keep harmless by the said Thomas Gwither his Heires Ex.rs and Adm.rs of and from all Manner of former and other Guifts Grants Bargaines Sales Leases Morgages Joyntures Dowers title of Dowers Statute Rents Arrearages of Rents forfeitures Fines Issues and Amerciaments and of and from all and singular other Titles troubles Charges & Demands or Incumbrances whatsoever had made Comitted suffered Omitted or done by the said Thomas Gwither his Heires Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes or by any other pson or psons whatsoever Lawfully Claiming by from or under him them or any of them or by their Act Consent Title Interest privitie or procurement Hee the said William Hill his Heires Executors Adm.rs and Assignes paying the Right Hon.ble Lord Baron of Baltemore Yearly Rent for the same for Ever hereafter And the said Thomas Gwither his Heires Executors Adm.rs & Assignes and all and every of them & every other Person or psons whatsoever Lawfully Claiming by from or under him them or any of them shall and will warrant and for Ever Defend the before menconed premisses unto the aforesaid William Hill his Heires Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes for Ever according to the true intent and meaning of the before Menconed Premisses to all Intents and purposes whatsoever In Wittness whereof the before menconed pties to these present Indentures have hereunto sett their hands and fixed their seales the Day and year above specified The Marke of Signed Sealed & Delivered Thomas + Gwither (sealed In the Presence of us George Thompson On the back side of the aforesaid recited Deed was John Evans Endorsed as followeth William Lowrey This day Came the within Menconed Thomas Gwither & acknowledged the within specified Indenture to be his Act and Deed and Mary wife of the said Thomas Gwither who being privately Examined whether shee did freely and of her owne good will and without any fear or Compultion of her said Husband Consent to the saile of the within specified Land before us underwritten did acknowledge that shee did freely Consent thereunto and with all for Ever hereafter freely Relinquish her Claime Title and Interest to her Thirds thereunto In wittness whereof wee have hereunto sett our hands this Tenth Day of Aprill A.o 1689 Vincent Lowe Recor Aprill y.e 24.th 1689 Clement Hill |
