527) 537 More or lesse And all Deeds Pattents writeings and Evidences to the same belonging To have and to hold the said Two Tracts or Pcells of Land Conteining Two Hundred Acres and the said Thirty Acres of Land and all other the Premisses hereby bargained and sold or ment menconed or intended to be herein or hereby bargained and sold with their and every of their Appurtenances unto the said William Arbuckle his Heires and Assignes to the onely proper use and behoofe of the said William Arbuckle his Heires and Assignes for Ever Yeilding and paying therefore yearly unto the said Charles Calvert his Heires and Assignes at the Mannor house on the Tenth Day of October The Rent of Four henns or Capons And the said Charles Calvert for him and his Heires the said Two Hundred Acres and the said Thirty acres and all other the Premisses hereby bargained and sold against all and Every pson or psons whatsoever shall and will warrant and for Ever Defend by these Presents And the said Charles Calvert for him his Heires Executors & Adm.rs and for every of them doth Covenant Graunt & Agree to and with the said William Arbuckle his Heires and Assignes by these Presents in Manner and forme following (that is to say) That hee the said Charles Calvert now is and standeth Lawfully Rightfully & indefeizably seized of and in the said Three Tracts or pcells of Land and every part of the same of a good sure lawfull and indefeizable Estate of inheritance in fee simple without any manner of Condicon limittacon provisoe use or uses or other restraint matter thing whatsoever to alter Change Charge impeach Determine or make void the same And that hee the said Charles Calvert now hath in himselfe good Right true Title and lawfull & Absolute Authority to Graunt and Convey the said Premisses and every part thereof to the said William Arbuckle his Heires and Assignes in manner & forme aforesaid And that the said graunted Premisses & every pt thereof now are and be and soe from henceforth shall be Remaine Continue and Endure unto the said William Arbuckle his Heires and Assignes free and cleare freely & Clearly acquitted Exonerated & Discharged of and from all other & former Guifts Graunts Bargaines Sales Leases Mortgages Joyntures Dowers & Titles of Dower uses wills Entailes Recognizances Statutes Judgements Extents Execucons seizures forfeitures debts Rents and arearages of Rents Titles troubles Debts Charges & Encumbrances whatsoever And further the said Charles Calvert for him his Heires Executors & Adm.rs doth Covenant Graunt and Agree to and with the said William Arbuckle his Heires and Assignes by these Presents That the said Charles Calvert & his Heires and the said Hugh Manuing and the Heires of the said Hug Daniell Devine and all and every other psons or psons whatsoever any Estate haveing or lawfully Clayming of in or unto the said Graunted Premisses or any part thereof by from or under the said William Calvert Deceased or by any other lawfull Title shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter upon the Reasonable request and at the Costs & Charges of the said William Arbuckle his Heires or Assignes doe make |
