500 (490 Estates Mortgages Anuities Dowers title of Dowers Intayles statutes recognizances Judgements & of & from all other Charges Titles troubles & incumbrances whatsoever had made Comitted done or suffered by the said George Parker or by any other pson or psons whatsoever And lastly it is concluded and agreed by & betweene the said parties That the said George Parker his Heires & assignes Shall & may have hold & Enjoy the said parcell of Land Mesuages Tenements Dwelling houses Barnes stables outhouses Edifices buildings Tobacco houses backsides Gardens Orchards & all other the said premisses & receive and take the rents Issues & profitts thereof to his & their owne use & behoofe untill default shall be made in payment of the said sumes of money and Tobaccoe or any pt thereof contrary to the true intent & meaning before menconed without rendring any Account of or for the same rents & profitts or any pt thereof to the said John Abington his Heires Executors Adm.rs or Assignes And for the more sure & better payment of the said sume of Money & Tobaccoe in these presents above menconed to be paid the said Gorge Parker hath granted bargained sold Assigned & sett over to the said John Abington his Executors Adm.rs and Assignes all those four Negroes that is to say Tom Toney Bess & Moll To have & to hold to him the said John Abington his Executors Adm.rs and Assignes for & dureing the said Terme of Nine Hundred Ninety & Nine Yeares without any lett hinderance or Molestacon whatsoever of him the said George Parker his Executors Adm.rs or Assignes In Wittnesse whereof the said parties to these present Indentures their Hands & seales interchangeably have sett & putt Dated the day & year first above written Signed Sealed & Delivered in the presence of us Geo Parker (sealed W.m Parker Recorded Feb.ry y.e 4.th 1688/9 John Lench his H Marke Sam.ll Wattkins This Indenture made the sixth day of February in the Thirteenth Year of the Dominion of the Right honourable Charles Absolute Lord & Prop.ry of the Provinces of Maryland & Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c And in the Yeare of Our Lord God One Thousand Six Hundred Eighty and Seaven Betweene Coll Henry Jowles of Calvert County in the Province of Maryland gen.t of the one pt And John Abington of the County & Province aforesaid gen.t of the other pt Wittnsseth That the said Henry Jowles as well for and In consideracon of the sume of Three Hundred & Twenty Pounds Two shillings & five pence halfe penny of good & lawfull money of England |
