       to Grante bargaine demise sett & to farme lett eh said Tract or pcell of
       Land Messuages Tenements dwelling houses barnes stables out houses Edifices
       buildings Tobaccoe Houses backsides Gardens & Orchards and all and singular
       other the said premisses & every part & pcell thereof with the Appurtenances
       (Except before Excepted) to the said John Abington his Heires Executors
       Admi.rs and Assignes for & dureing the said terme of Nine Hundred
       Ninety & Nine Yeares in manner & forme aforesaid & according to the
       true intent & meaneing before Expressed And alsoe if the said George
       Parker his Heires Execut.rs Adm.rs & Assignes and every of them shall
       make default of or in the payment of Either of the said sumes of Two
       Hundred Ninety five pounds sixteene shillings of good & lawfull money
       of England and the said Sume of Twenty five Thousand Three
       Hundred Sixty six pounds of good sound & every way well Condiconed
       leafe Tobaccoe in the said provisoe or Condicon menconed or any
       part thereof to the said John Abington his certaine Att.ry his Heires
       Executors ^Adm.rs^ or Assignes contrary to the true intent & meaning before
       Expressed That then & at all times after such default of payment
       shall be made the said John Abington his Heires Execut.rs Adm.rs &
       Assignes shall & may lawfully & quietly enter into the said Tract
       or pcell of Land Messuages Tenements dwelling houses barnes stables outhouses
       Edifices buildings Tobaccoe houses backsides Gardens & Orchards
       and other the said premisses & the same and every part & pcell
       thereof with the Appurtenances shall & may from thenceforth lawfully
       peaceably & quietly have hold use occupy possesse & Enjoy for
       & dureing all the residue of the said Terme of Nine Hundred Ninety  
       & Nine Yeares which shall be then to come & unexpired without
       any lawfull lett trouble molestacon eviccon or interuption of or by the
       said George Parker his Heires Executors Adm.rs or Assignes or any of them
       or of any other pson or psons whatsoever And alsoe that the said Tract
       or pcell of land Messuages Tenements dwelling houses barnes stables
       outhouses Edifices buildings Tobacco houses backsides Gardens & Orchards
       & every of them & all & singular other the said Premisses & every pt
       & pcell thereof with the Appurtenances (Except before Excepted) att the
       time of the Ensealing & Delivery of these presents are Cleere and
       free & soe from time to time & at all times hereafter dureing the
       Continuance of this demise shall continue & be Cleere & Free
       & freely & Cleerely Acquitted Exonerated & discharged of & from
       all manner of former & other guifts grants bargaines sales leases
