498 (488 Grayne of pepper upon every five & Twentieth Day of June if the same shall be lawfully demanded Provided allwayes & upon Condicon That if the said George Parker his Heires Execut.rs Adm.rs or Assignes or any one of them shall & doe well and truely pay or cause to be well & truely paid unto the said John Abington or his certeine Attorney his Heires Executors Adm.rs or Assignes as well the said sume of Two Hundred Nineth five pounds & sixteene shillings of good & lawfull money of England as alsoe the sume of Twenty five Thousand Three Hundred sixty six pounds of good ^Sound^ & every way well Condiconed Leafe Tobaccoe upon the five & Twentieth Day of June next Ensueing the date hereof without any fraud or Coven and without makeing default in Either of the said payments That then and from thenceforth this present grant and demise shall cease determine be voide and of none Effect or elce shall Continue & remaine in full force & vertue And the said George Parker for himselfe his Heires Execut.rs Admi.rs & Assignes & for ever of them doth Covenant promise and grante to & with the said John Abington his Heires Execut.rs Adm.rs & Assignes and to and with every of them by these Presents That he the said George Parker his Heires Executo.rs or Assignes or some or one of them doe and shall well and truely pay or cause to be well & truely paid to the said John Abington or to his certeyne Attorney his Heires Executors Adm.rs or Assignes aswell the said sume of Two Hundred Ninety five pounds & sixteene Shillings of good & lawfull money of England as alsoe the said sume of Twenty five Thousands Three Hundred Sixty & Six pounds of good sound and every way well Condiconed leafe Tobacco in the said Provisoe menconed at the Day of payment aforesaid and according to the true intent & meaning before Expressed And the said George Parker for himselfe his Heires Executors & Adm.rs & ^for^ every of them doth further Covenant promise & Grante to & with the said John Abington his Heires Executors Adm.rs & Assignes and to & with every of them by these presents That hee the said George Parker at the time of the Ensealing of these presents standeth & is solely & lawfully seized of and in every part & pcell thereof with the Appurtenances (Except before Excepted) of a good sure rightfull perfect absolute and indefeazable Estate of Inheritance in Fee simple without any Condicon Mortgage or lymitacon of any use or uses which shall or may alter Change charge or determine the same And alsoe That he the said George Parker at the time of the Ensealing of these Presents hath in himselfe full power good right & lawfull authority in the Premisses |
