447) 457 Right & Lawfull Authority to give grant Alien bargaine sell Enfeoffe & confirme the same unto the said John Brome his Heires & Assignes in Manner and forme aforesaid And alsoe that the said John Brome his Heires & Assignes & for Every of them shall & may from time to time & att all times forever hereafter peacebly & quietly have hold use occupy possesse & Enjoy the said parcell of Land and p.rmisses above menconed to bee heereby given granted Aliened bargained sold Enfeoffed & Confirmed as aforesaid & Every parte & parcell thereof with Thappur.ts without any lett suite trouble Eviccon molest^a^con deniall disturbance Incumbrance or Interrupcon of him the said George Thompson his Heires Executo.rs Adm.rs or Assignes or of or by any other person or persons whatsoever And alsoe free and Cleare & freely Clearely & Absolutely Acquitted Exonerated & discharged of & from all & all manner of former & other guifts grants bargaines sales Leases Joyntures dowers uses wills Intayles Fynes postfynes Issues Amerciaments Se^i^zures Judgments Execucons Extents Statutes Recognizances Rents Arrearages of Rents Orders decrees Charges troubles & Incumbrances whatsoever had made Comitted done or suffered by the said George Thompson his Heires Exec.rs Adm.rs or Assignes or any of them or of or by any other person or persons Whatsoever The rents & services w.ch shall from henceforth growe due & payable for the said tract or parcell of Land & p.rmisses to the Cheif Lord or Lords of the Fee or fees of whom the same are holden (onely Excepted & foreprized) And further the said George Thompson for himselfe his Heires Executo.rs & Adm.rs doth Covenant promise & grant to & with the said John Brome his Heires & Assignes by these p.rsents That hee the said George Thompson his Heires Executo.rs ^&^ Adm.rs & Every of them & all & Every other person & persons haveing or Lawfully claimeing or that hereafter shall or may have or Lawfully claime any Estate Right Title Interest or thing of in or out of the beforemenconed to bee heereby bargained p.rmisses with Thappur.ts or any of them or any part thereof by from or under the said George Thompson or by from or under any other person or persons whatsoever shall & will from time to time & att all times heareafter upon Every Reasonable Request & att the Costs & charges in the Law of the said John Brome his Heires or assignes or any of them make doe Acknowledge Leavy suffer & Execute & cause & procure to bee made done Acknowledged Levied suffered and Ex^e^cuted all & Every such further & other Lawfull & Reasonable Act & Acts thing & things device & devices Assureance & Assureances in the Law whatsoever for the further better & more perfect Assureance suremakeing & Conveying of all & singuler the before Menconed to bee heereby bargained p.rmisses w.th Thappur.ts & Every part & parcell thereof unto the said John Brome his Heires & Assignes & to & for his & theire owne proper use and behoofe forever as abovesaid & according to the true meaneing of these presents bee Itt by deed or deeds Inrolled or not Inrolled the Acknowledgment & Inrollment of these p.rsents fyne or fynes Recovery or Recoverys feoffment Release Confirmcon with warranty according to the true Meaneing of these p.rsents or otherwise without warranty by all any or soe many of the ways or meanes aforesaid or by any other ways or meanes & in such Manner & forme as the said John Brome his Heires or Assignes or any of them or his or theire Councell Learned in the Law shall bee Reasonably devised or Advised & Requred Whith said further Assur^e^ance &^ Assureances Itt is heereby declared & fully agreed by & betweene the said partys to these p.rsents shall bee & Enure & shall bee Adjudged deemed Construed & taken to bee ^&^ enure to the proper use & behoofe of the said John Brome his Heires & Assignes forever & to none other use intent or purpose whatsoever In Witnesse whereof the partys first above named to these p.rsent Indentures theire hands & seales Interchangeably have putt & sett the day & yeare first above written Annoq Dom 1687 Signed sealed & delivered in the p.rsence of Geo Parker W Taÿlord Edw Boothbey Henry Denton Memorand That the within written Indenture w.th the Lands & p.rmisses therein menconed was before us the Eight & twentith day of September One thousand six Hundred Eighty & seaven Acknowledged by the within named George Thompson to bee the Right of the said John Brome his Heires & Assignes forever & att the same day & time came Margaret Thompson the wife of the said George Thompson who being secretly Examined out of the Heareing of her said Husband did freely clearely & volutairly Confesse that she did give upp all & singuler her Righ title dowry Claime & demand whatsoever of & in the within menconed Land & p.rmisses without any feare Threats or displeasure of her said Husband In testimony whereof wee have hereunto subscribed our names the day & yeare first above written Annoq Dom 1687 W.m Digges W.m Steredis |
