413) 422 Premisses or any part thereoff together also with all pattents Chres deeds Escrepts writeings & muniments Whatsoever Concerning or touching the said Manner or any part thereoff To have and to hold the said Manner Lands and premisses with their & Everÿ of their appurtenences hereby granted bargained sold aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed unto the said Michaell Miller his heyres and assignes to the only proper use and behoofe off the said Michaell Miller his heÿres and assignes for Ever to be holden off the Chief Lord or Lords off the premisses by the Rents & services therefore off Right due & accustomed And the said Thomas Cleggat for him his heÿres Executors & administrators & for Every off them doth Covenant grant & gree to and with the said Michaell Miller his heyres & assignes by these presents that he the said Thomas Cleggat at the ^time^ off the Ensealing hereoff for & nott withstanding anÿ Manner off act Matter or thing by him done to the Contrarÿ is truely right fully & absolutely seized off & in the premisses off good sure perfect & indefeizable Estate off inheritance in fee simp simple to him & his heyres without anÿ Condiccon or Limitacon to alter Change or Determine the same and that the said Thomas Cleggat for & not withstanding any such act matter or thing as aforesaid now hath full power & absolute authoritÿ to grant Bargaine & sell the said premisses to him the said Michaell Miller & his heyres in Manner and forme aforesaid & according to the true intent & Meaning off these presents and the said Thomas Cleggat for him his heyres Execut.rs & administrat.rs Doth Covenant grannt & agree to & with the said Michaell Miller his heÿres & assignes by these presents that the said Manner Lands tenements & premisses hereby granted With the appurtenences now is & soe from hence forth shall be remaine continue & Endure unto the said Michaell Manner Miller his heyres and assignes free & Clear & freely & Clearly acquitted Exonerated & discharged off for & from all & all Manner off former & other grants bargains sales Jointures dowers Leases titles troubles debts charges & Encumbrances whatsoever had made comitted done or suffered or to be had made Comitted done or suffered by the said Thomas Cleggat his heyres & assignes or anÿ other person or persons claiming or to Clayme by from or under him or them And Moreover that he the said Thomas Cleggat & his heyres & all other persons any Estate having or Lawfullÿ Clayming by or from him or them shall & will from time to time during the space off seaven years now next Ensuing at the request & Cost & Charges off the said Michaell Miller Make & grannt unto him or them & to his & their use such further & other assurance & assurances device & devices in the Law for the further better & more absolute assureing sure Makeing & Conveying the said Manner Lands & tenements to the said Michaell Miller his heyres and assignes as by him or them or his or theire Councell Learned in the Law shall be reasonablÿ devised or advised & required all wich further assureances shall be & remaine & shall Enure & shall be deemed adjudged Construed & taken to be & inure to the onely proper use & behoofe off the said Michaell Miller his heyres and assignes for Ever and to None other use intent or purpose Whatsoever In Witnes whereoff the pties aforesaid to these Ind.res Interchangebly have put their hands & seales the day & yeare first above written sealed & delivered in the pres Tho Clagett off sealled N.a Blakiston Edw Pinder Tho Grunwin on the back side off the afore recited Deed was Endorsed as foll |
