411) 420 Tobacco houses one the said Island Now Erected standing and being with halfe off the orchards fruit & fruite trees in the same standing & groweing with all woods timbers Underwoods timber and timber trees on halfe off the said Island or halfe the said Nine hundred acres off Land standeing growinge and being with all and singular Wayes Waters Water Coursed Rights priviledges Easments Comodities and appurtnences whatsoever to the said moÿetÿ of halfe of the said Island or halfe the said Nine hundred acres off Land belonging or in anÿ waise appertaining or there With used or part or Parcell or member theroff and all the Estate Right title Interest Claime and demand off him the said Alexander Dehinoyossa off in and to be the said Moÿetÿ of halfe the said Island or halfe the said Nine hundred acres off Land aforesaid and the reversion and Reversions Remainder & Remainder off all and singular the said Bargained premises aforesaid With all Deeds Escripts Minuments & Writeing touching or Concerning the said Moÿety or halfe the said Island as aforsaid to have and to hold the said bargained Premises with the appartenances Unto the said Johanes Dehinoyossa his heyres that he and assignes to the only proper use & behoofe off the said off the said Johanes Dehinossa his heyres and assignes for Ever and the said Alexander Dehinossa Doth hereby grant for him and his heyres thatt he and his heyres the said bargained premisses with the appartences unto him the said Johanes Dehinossa & his heyres against him the said Alexander Dehinossa and his heyres and all and Everÿ other persons Whatsoever Lawfully Claÿmeing anÿ Estate right title or Interest off in or to the said Bargained premisses or anÿ part there off shall and will warrant and for Ever by these presents Defend and the said Alexander Dehinoyossa Doth for himselfe his heyres Execut.rs adminstrat.rs and assignes Covenant promise & grant to and with the said Johanes Dehinossa his heyres and assignes by these presents in Manner and forme following that is to saÿ that he the said Alexander Dehinossa at and before the Ensealing and deliverÿ off these presents stood seized off a good firme ^sure^ Estate in fee off in and to the said Island aforsd and hath full power good Right and Lawfull authoritÿ to Conveÿ and assure the aforesd one moÿetÿ or halfe off the sd Island Nine Island or halfe the said Nine hundred acres off Land unto the said Johanes Dehinoyossa his heyres and assignes for Ever and that he the sd Johanes Dehinoyossa shall from hence forth for Ever peacably and quietly have hold use occupÿ posess and Enjoÿ the said bargained premisses With the appartences Unto the said Johanes Dehinoyossa his heyres and assignes for Ever without the Lawfull Lett trouble Denÿall Interrupcon Eviccon Ejeccon or Molestation off him the said Alexander Dehinoyossa or Anna Kathern.a his Wife or Either off them or off his heyres or off any other person or persons Whatsoever Lawfullÿ Claymeing any Estate Right Title or Interest off in or to the sd Bargained premisses or anÿ part ther off the Rents and services there off Due off Right accustomed to be paid to the Lord or Lords off the fee or seignorÿ thereoff alwayes Exepted and fore prized and that the said Bargained premisses are freed and Discharged or otherwayse sufficiently saved and keept harmless by him the said Alexander Dehinoÿossa off and from all former and other Guifts Grants Bargains sales Leases Jeyntures Dowers fines feoffments alinacons Cost fines Judgements Extents Executions Issues seisures title troubl Charges & Incombrances Whatsoever and that the said Alexander Dehinoÿossa and the sd Anna Kartna his wife and his heyres shall and will at anÿ times hereafter at the Reasonable request Cost and Charges in the Lawe off the said Johanes Dehinoÿossa his heÿres and assignes Make Doe acknowledge Leavye suffer Execute & finish or Cause to be had made or Leavyed suffered Executed and finished all and Everÿ such further and other Reasonabl act & acts thing or things Conveyance and assurance in the Lawe whatsoever With Warrantÿ as aforesd for the better assureing and more perfect sure Making off the said Bargained Premisses withe appartences unto the said Johanes |
