       Blackstone who as well for our said Soveraigne Lord the King and
       the said Lord Prop.ry as for himself prosecuted as aforesaid Now
       Know Yee that for and in Consideration of the sume of one hundred
       and fifteene pounds of Lawfull money of England to us the said
       Nehemiah Blackstone Henry Darnall and William Digges in
       hand paid before the ensealing and Delivery hereof by Phillip
       Lynes of S.t Maryes County in the said Province of Maryland
       Merchant of which sume wee doe hereby severally acknowledge the receipt
       whereof (that is to say) I the said Nehemiah Blackston for the use of his
       Maj.tie have recd Thirty Eight pounds six shillings and Eight pence for
       his Maj.ties third part for the ship Gunns tackle apparell and furniture
       and Wee the said Henry Darnall and William Digges have received
       thirty Eight pounds six shillings and Eight pence for the use of the said
       Lord Prop.ry Cheife Governor aforesaid for his third part and alsoe
       I the said Nehemiah Blackistone have received the other thirty Eight
       pound six shillings and Eight pence for my third part as prosecuto.r
       according to the Act of Parliament afforesaid Wee the said Nehemiah
       Blackstone Henry Darnall and William Digges have Bargained
       and sold and by these presents doe bargaine and sell unto the said
       Phillip Lynes the said ship formerly called the friends Adventure
       now called the Blessing and all and singular the Gunns tackle Ammunition
       furniture and Apparrell to the same belonging or of Right
       apperteyning and all our severall interests in the same by vertue
       of the Condemnation aforesaid To have and To hold the said ship and
       all and singular the Gunns tackle Ammunition furniture and Apparell
       to him the said Phillip Lynes his Executo.rs Adm.rs and Assignes
       To his and their owne proper use and uses for ever In Witnesse whereof
       wee have hereunto sett Our hands and seales the 20.th day of July
       16 Annoq Domini 1686
