       Blizard his heirs and Assignes for ever to and for the only and
       proper use and behoofe of him the said Giles Blizard his heirs
       and Assignes for ever and the said George Thompson for
       himself his heirs Executo.rs and administrators doth hereby ^promise^ covenant
       promise and agree to and with the said Giles Blizard
       his heirs Executors and Administrators and Assignes and
       every of them by these presents that he the said George Thompson
       att the time of the Sealing and Delivery of these presents
       is seized in his Demeasne as of fee of and in the abovementioned
       to be hereby bargained premises of a good sure and
       indefeasable estate of Inheritance in fee simple free and
       Discharged of all incumbrances whatsoever and is the true
       and perfect owner of the said hereby bargained premises and
       hath in him full power good right and lawfull Interest and
       Authority to grant Bargaine sell and Assigne over the same
       premises unto the said Giles Blizard his heirs and Assignes
       for ever in mannor and forme aforesaid (the rents and services
       which shall henceforth growe due and payable to the Lord
       Prop.ry alwaies excepted and foreprised) And that he the said
       George Thompson from himself his heirs Executors and Adm.rs
       and all other persons claiming the said premises or any part
       or parcell thereof the same above bargained premises with the
       appurtenances to him the said Giles Blizard his heirs and Assignes
       shall and will for ever warrant and Defend by these presents In
       Witnesse whereof the parties first above named to this present
       Indenture have sett their hands and seales the day and year
       first above written
Sealed and Delivered                                       George Thompson  (sealed)
    in the presence of                                         Margaret Thompson (sealed)
       Rob.t Doyne
       William Dent

                                        Received for Alienation of above mentioned
                                        tract of Land the sume of twenty four
                                        shillings sterling of me   George Thompson
                                        I say received this 3.d day of May 1686
