       This Indenture made the four day of May In the year of our
       Lord One thousand six hundred Eighty and six and in the twelfth
       year of the Dominion of the Right hono.ble Charles absolute Lord
       and Prop.ry of the Province of Maryland Betweene George
       Thompson of S.t Maries County Gent and Margarett his wife of
       the one party and Giles Blizard of Charles County Merchant
       of the other part Witnesseth That the said George Thompson and
       Margarett his wife for and in Consideration of fourteen thousand
       pounds of good sound Merchantable tobbaccoe to him the said George
       Thompson att and before the ensealing and Delivery of these presents
       in hand paid by the said Giles Blizard and for divers other good
       Causes and Considerations them hereunto moveing Have given
       granted bargained Alliened Transferred Assigned enfeoffed and
       Confirmed and by these presents Doe clearly and Absolutely give
       grant Bargaine Alien transferred Assigne Enfeoffe and Confirme
       unto the said Giles Blizard his heirs and Assignes for ever all
       that tract or parcell of Land formerly surveyed and taken up for
       him the said George Thompson Lyeing Scituate and being in
       Baltemore County and on the north side of Patapscoe River and
       upon the west side of the middle branch of the said River Begining
       att a bounded Poplar a bounded tree of the Land called Hopewell
       runing thence South east and by south downe the said branch three
       hundred and twenty perches to another bounded poplar standing
       near a small runne thence runing south west and by west three
       hundred perches to a bounded red Oake standing upon a ridge
       thence runing north west and by north three hundred and twenty
       perches till it Intersect the aforesaid Land thence runing and
       bounding with the said Land to the first bounded tree called by
       the name of Atholborough Conteyning and laid out for six
       hundred Acres more or lesse as p pattent for the same bearing
       date the first day of June One thousand six hundred Eighty five
       relation being thereunto had may and doth more fully appear
       as it remaines upon Record att the Citty of S.t Maries in the said
       Province Together with all rights proffits benefits and priveledges
       thereunto belonging (Royall mines excepted) To have and To hold the
       same unto him the said Giles Blizard his heirs and Assignes for
       ever Together with all Pattents Deeds writeings and Evidences
       touching the same or any part thereof unto him the said Giles
