       whom the said Lands and premisses are holden (only and alwaies excepted
       and foreprized) and further the said Vincent Lowe for himself his
       heirs Executors Administrators and for ever of them doth covenant
       promise and grant to and with the said William Burgesse his heirs
       and Assignes by these presents that as well the said Vincent Lowe and
       his heirs and the heirs of the said Nicholas Painter and every of
       them and all and every other person or persons haveing or Lawfully
       claiming any Estate right title interest or thing of or into or out of
       the aforementioned to be hereby bargained premises with the appurtenances
       or any of them or any part thereof shall and will from
       time to time and att all times hereafter upon every reasonable request
       and all the Cost and charges in the Laws of the said William Burgesse
       his heires or assignes or any of them make doe acknowledge leavy suffer
       and execute and cause and procure to be made done acknowledged
       Leavied suffered and executed all and every such further and other
       Lawfull and Reasonable Act and Acts thing and things Device and
       Devices Assureance and Assureances in the Lawe whatsoever for
       the further and more perfect assurance suremakeing and Conveying
       of all and singular the aforementioned to be hereby bargained p.rmises
       with the Appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof unto the
       said William Burges his heirs and Assignes to and for his and
       their owne proper use and behoofe forever as abovesaid according
       to the true meaning of these presents Bee it by Deed or Deeds Inrolled
       or not Inrolled the acknowledgeing and Inrolment of these presents
       fyne or fynes recovery or recoveries feofments release or Confirmation
       with warranty according to the true meaning of these presents by all
       any or soe many of the wayes or meanes aforesaid or by any other waies
       or meanes and in such manner and forme as by the said William
       Burgesse his heirs or Assignes or any of them or his their or any of their
       Councill Learned in the Law shall be reasonably Devized advised and
       required and lastly it is hereby covenanted granted declared ^concluded^ and
       agreed by and betweene the said parties to these presents that all and
       every fyne and fynes recoverye & recoveries Assurance Conveyances and
       other assurances whatsoever heretofore made acknowledged leavied
       suffered or executed or hereafter to be had made leavied suffered or executed
       of or concerning the aforementioned to be hereby bargained premises with
       the appurtenances or any of them or any part or parcell thereof by or
       betweene the said parties to these presents or either of them or whereunto
       they or either of them are or shall be partyes or privyes And the full force
       effect and execution of the same and every of them shall be and enure
       and shall be had taken reputed deemed and Constituted to be and enure
