387 (378 him and his heires without any manner of Condition intayle Mortgage Limitation of use or uses or other matter or things to alter Change Charge Defeate incumber make void or determine the said Estate and that he the said Vincent Lowe hath and soe untill the first Execution of an Estate of and in all and singular the premises unto the said William Burgesse and his heirs as aforesaid shall Continue to have in himself full power good and perfect Right true title and Lawfull authority to give grant bargaine sell Convey and Assure all and singular the aforementioned to be hereby bargained premisses with the Appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof unto the said William Burgesse his heirs and Assignes for ever according to the intent and true meaning of theise presents And that he the said William Burgesse his heirs and Assignes shall and may from henceforth att all times hereafter for ever Lawfully peacably and quietly have hold use occupye possesse and enjoy all the said two severall tracts or parcels of Land and all and singular other the premises beforementioned or intended to be hereby given granted bargained and sold with their and every of their Appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof And alsoe have receive take and enioy to and for his and their owne proper use and behoofe all and every the Rents issues and proffits which from henceforth shall grow come arise grow due and ^or^ payable out of for or in Respect of the said premises or any part thereof according to the true meaning of these presents without any manner of Lett suit trouble or Interuption Eviction Recovery deniall or hindrance whatsoever ^of or^ by him the said Vincent Lowe his heirs Executors Administrators or assignes or of or by the heirs or Assignes of the said Nicholas Painter or of or by any other person or persons whatsoever And that free clear and clearly acquited discharged saved harmlesse and Kept Indempnified of and from all and singular former and other bargaines Sales Guifts grants leases Joynters Dowers Titles of Dower uses wills fynes issues intayles mortgages Annuityes Rents arrearages of Rent Statutes Recognizances Judgements extents executions debts Amercements Trusts orders and decrees and of and from all other estates Titles trowbles Charges and incumbrances whatsoever had made comitted suffered done or assented unto by him the said Vincent Lowe Nicholas Painter or by their or any of them their or either or any of their heirs or of or by any other person or persons whatsoever (the rents and services which henceforth shall grow due and payable unto the Cheife Lord or Lords of the Fee or fees of whom |
