375) 384 Lowe his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs are and ought to be observed performed fulfilled and kept and that in and by all things according to the true intent & meaning of theise p.rsents Respectively in all points & Conditions That then this present above writen Obligation shall be void of none Effect otherwise to stand remain in full power force strength and vertue Signed sealed and delivered in presence of Vincent Lowe (sealed) Henry Hanslap Geo Parker This Indenture made the thirtieth day of Aprill in the Eleaventh year of the Dominion of the Right Hono.ble Charles Absolute Lord and Prop.ry of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c.a and in the year of Our Lord God one thousand six hundred Eighty and six Betweene Vincent Lowe of the County of Talbott in the Province of Maryland Esq.r of the one part and William Burgesse of Ann Arrundell County in the aforesaid Province of Maryland Esq.r of the other part Witnesseth that the said Vincent Lowe for and in Consideration of the full and just sume of twenty six thousand pounds of good sound & every way well Conditioned Merchantable tobbacco & Casque to Conteyne the same to him in hand paid by the said William Burges att and before the ensealing & Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof he the said Vincent Lowe doth hereby acknowledge and himselfe therewith fully satisfied & thereof and every part thereof doth clearly acquit Exonerate and Discharge the said William Burgesse att and before the ensealing his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs and every of them for ever by these p.rsents hath given granted aliened bargained sold Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents doth fully clearly and absolutely give grant alien bargaine sell enfeoffe and Confirme unto the said William Burgesse his heirs and Assignes for ever all those two tenure of the severall tracts or parcels of Land hereafter in these presents particularly mentioned and expressed (that is to say All that one tract or parcell of Land called Painters rest Lyeing on the west side Chaxefrax River att the head of the said River in Cecill County Begining att a marked Chesnutt tree standing on a banke by a valley near the River side being an Easterly bounded tree of a parcell of Land laid out for Samuell Hill and from thence bounded with the River on the South by a line drawne East South East Seaventy Five perches to a marked red Oake standing on a Banke by the River being the first bounded tree of a former survey and from the said red Oake bounded with the River and a maine branch of the River by a line drawne East southerly Fowr hundred seaventy Five perches to a marked red Oake standing |
