385 (376 standing by the side of the branch Respecting a forke of the branch on the opposite side & Runing from the said Red Oake by a line drawne North east five hundred thirty five perches and from the end of the Northeast line by a line drawne West North West fowr hundred thirty Five perches and from the end of the West North West line with a streight line Seaven hundred and thirty perches to the first bounded Chestnut Conteyning and laid out for sixteen hundred Acres of Land be the same more or lesse And all rights priveledges benefits and advantages thereunto belonging or in any wise apperteyning (Royall mines excepted) which said tract or parcell of Land the said Vincent Lowe lately purchased of one Nicholas Painter Deceased to him his heirs and Assignes for ever as by one Deed of Bargaine and Sale under the hand and seale of the said Nicholas Painter bearing date the fifth day of July in the Eighth yeare of the Dominion of the Right Hono.ble Charles &c.a Annoq Domi One thousand six hundred Eighty three Relation being thereunto had may more att Large appear And all that one other tract or parcell of Land called Vincents Castle lyeing on the west side of Susquehannah River in Baltemore County begining att a bounded Locust standing by the River side the bounded tree of the Land called Phillips Hope formerly taken up for James Phillips of Baltemore County Gent and runing from the said Locust with the said River for breadth one hundred and sixty perches to another bounded Locust then runing into the woods south west and by south for length five hundred perches to a bounded tree Conteyning and laid out for five hundred acres of Land more or lesse according to the Certificate of survey thereof taken and returned into the Land Office att the Citty of S.t Maryes bearing date the thirteenth day of July One thousand six hundred Eighty and three and there remaining upon Record Together with all rights proffits benefits and priveledges thereunto belonging (Royall mines excepted) And all and all manner of trees wayes passages woods Underwoods pastures feedings Comons Com.s of pasture waters Ditches Fences Rents easements proffits Comodities heriditaments and appurtenances whatsoever to the said two severall tracts or parcells of Land and all and singular other the premises belonging or in any wise apperteyning or accepted reputed taken demised used occupied or enjoyed as part parcell or member thereof or of any part thereof And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders rents Issues and proffits whatsoever of all and singular the aforementioned to be hereby bargained premises with the Appurtenances and every part |
