       Proffitts Comodityes heredatam.ts whatsoever with all and singular the Houses Edifices and
       Buildings whatsoever And also all the Estate Right Title and Intrest use propriety possession
       Claim and demand whatsoever of them the said Jacob Lockerman and Elenor his wife of
       in and to the same or any part or parcell thereof or in any wise apperteyning with all
       Deeds writings Evedences Pattents Escripts & muniments whatsoever touching or conserning
       y.e said parcell of Land or any part or parcell thereof To have and to hold the said pcell
       of Land and premises with all and singular its Rights members and appurtnces whatsoeve.r
       unto him the said Phillip Lynes his heires and Assignes for ever And the said Jacob Lockerman
       and Elenor his Wife for themselves their heires Exe.rs & Admistra.rs doe Covenant promise
       grant agree to and with the said Phil Lyne his heires Exe.rs Admistra.rs and Assignes that they
       the said Jacob Lockerman and Elenor his wife att the Time of the ensealing and delivery hereof
       of the said Land and premises and of ev.ry part and parcell thereof stands seized of a good
       sure firm Title and estate of inheritance free and clear of all incumbrances whatsoever
       The Rents and services for the same from this time to become due and payable to the Lord of
       the fee of the premises only excepted And that the said Jacob Lockerman and Elenor his wife
       have good right full power and Lawfull Authority to grant bargain and sell the same to him
       the said Phillip Lynes his heires and Assignes in manner and form aforesaid And that the said
       Phillip Lynes his heires and Assignes the said Land and p.rmises shall and may from henceforth
       for ever peaceably and quietly have hold ^use^ occupy possess and enjoy without the lett interruption
       or eviccon of them the said Jacob Lockerman and Elenor his wife their heires Exe.rs and
       Admistra.rs or any other person whatsoever [Claiming by from under him them or any of them]
       and the said Jacob Lockerman and Elenor his wife for themselves their heires Exe.rs and Admistra.rs     
       doe coven.t grant and agree to and with the said Phillip Lynes his heires and Assignes by these
       p.rsents that they the said Jacob Lockerman and Elenor his wife shall att any time with these seven
       yeares make doe Execute and acknowledge such further Acts things or assurances in the Law to
       the said Phillip Lynes his heires or Assignes of the p.rmises as by the said Phillip Lynes his
       heires or Assignes or his or their Councell Learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised advised
       or required In Wittness whereof the partyes first above named to these p.rsent Indentures have
       interchangably sett their hands and seales the day and year first above written

       This Indenture made the nine and Twentyth day of July in the Tenth yeare of
       the Dominion of the Right Hon.ble Charles absolute Lord and Prop.ry of the provinces of Maryland     
       and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c And in the year of our Lord God One Thousand
       six hundred Eighty and Five Between Justinian Gerard of the County of S.t Maryes in the
       said province of Maryland Esq.r and Sarah Gerard his wife of the one part And John Llewellin
       Gentl and Robert Foster of the County and Province aforesaid planter of the other part
       Witnesseth that the said Justinian Gerard aswell for and in the Consideration of a Joynture
       to his said wife and for her better and more sure maintenance and livelyhood in time
       to come as also for the naturall Love and Affection which to her he hath and doth bear
       And for the settling and Establishing of the Inheritance of the Lands and Tenem.ts hereafter
       mentioned to and in the said John Llewellin and Robert Foster and their heires to the
