       By North lyne to the first Marked Cedar Containeing and laid out for one hundred Acres
       of land be the same more or On all that tract or parcell of land called Crafford begining at a
       marked Oake being the Eastermost bounded Tree of Anderbye aforesaid runing North one
       hundred and sixty perches bounded on the North by a lyne drawin East one hundred perches
       On the East by a lyne drawin south one hundred and sixty perches on the south by a lyne
       drawin West one hundred perches Containeing and laid out for one hundred Acres of land
       be the same more or less all that Tract or parcell of land Called Waterford begining at the said
       Last Marked oake and runing North East One hundred perches to a Gum Northwest from the
       said Gum One hundred and sixtye perches on the West by a line drawin south west one hundred
       perches on the south by a lyne drawin south East one hundred and sixtie perches Containeing and
       Laid out for one hundred Acres of land be the same more or Less all that Tract or parcell of land Called
       the Inclosure leying and being on the Maine branch of Tukahoe begining at a white oake runing
       East Two hundred and Fortye perches to Tukahoe branch aforesaid and with the said branch to
       Branford then West with loyds parke then with the said loyds parke to the first marked Oake
       Contayneing and laid out for three hundred Acres of land be the same more or less and all that Tract
       or parcell of land Called Vaughan discovery Leying on the maine of Tuckahoe aforesaid begining at
       a marked Red Oake runing North Northwest forty perches then West Northwest Tree hundred perches
       then west fiftie perches then south to the branch and with the branch to y.e first marked tree Containing
       and laid out for fower hundred Acres of land be the same more or less all which said Tracts or
       parcells of land are scituate leying and being in Talbott County aforesaid in y.e said province of
       Maryland aforesaid Together with all houses out houses Edifices buildings Gardins Orchards waies
       waters water Courses privileges Easem.ts Comodities hereditam.ts and apurtenances whatsoever to the said
       Bargained p.rmisses or any of them belonging or in any wise apperteyning or with them or any of them
       used and Enjoyed at part parcell or Member of them or any of them all which said premisses and all &
       Estate right Title rent Intrest Claime and demannd whatsoever of him the said Thomas Vaughan
       bargained premisses with the appurtenances by vertue of the statute for Transferring of Uses into
       possession are now in the actuall possession of the said Elizabeth Coursey Together with y.e reversion and
       Reversions remainder and remainders of all and singular the said bargained premisses and all y.e Estate
       Right Title rent Intrest Claime and demannd whatsoever of him the said Thomas Vaughan of in or to
       The said bargained premisses and Every or any of them and all Pattents Deeds Evidences Escripts mynuments
       and writeings touchinge or any wise Concerninge the said bargained premisses or any of them To have
       and To hold the said messuage tenements and severall Tracts and parcells of land and Every of
       Them with their and Every of their appurtenances menconed and Intended to be bargained and sould
       as aforesaid Unto the said Elizabeth Coursey her heirs and assignes to the onely proper use and
       behoofe of the said Elizabeth Coursey her heirs and assignes for Ever to be holden of the Cheife lord
       of Lords of y.e fee or seigneiory thereof by the rents and services therefore due and of right used
       and accustomed to be paid And the said Thomas Vaughan doth heereby grant for him and his
       heirs that he and his heirs all and singular the said bargained premisses with their appurtenances
       Unto the said Elizabeth Coursey and her heirs and assignes against him the said Thomas Vaughan his
       heirs and assignes and all and Every other person or persons whatsoever lawfully Claymeing any Estate
       Right Title or Intrest (Except as before Excepted) of in or to the said bargained premisses or any of
       them shall and will warrant and for Ever by these presents defend And the said Thomas Vaughan
       Doth for himselfe his heirs Execut.rs and assignes Covenant promiss and grant to and with the
       said Elizabeth Coursey her heirs and assignes by these presents in Manner and form following
       that is to say that y.e said Thomas Vaughan at and before then sealeing and Delivery hereof stood
