       percell of stockins severall peeces of Irish Freeze sixty Course hatts and he the said Nathan.ll
       Davis did then and there out of the said ship or vessell unlade the severall goods before
       herein menconed and other European goods & Comoditys soe as aforesaid by him the said
       Robert Black skipped and laden and by the said Nathaniel Davis Imported against the
       forme of the statute aforesaid in that case made and provided Whereupon the said
       Nehemiah Blackistone and Samuel Cooper aswell for the said Lord the King and the
       said Governo.r as for themselves pray the advice of the Court in the p.rmisses And
       that the said Nathaniel Davis Master or Comander or the said shipp or Vessell called the
       Ossory of London derry May forfeit the said ship or Vessell with all her Guns Tackle
       ammunicon furniture and apparrell and all the said goods and Comoditys before menconed
       according to the forme of the statute aforesaid and that the same Forfeiture may be
       devided into Three Equall parts One third part thereof to our soveraigne Lord the
       King One third part to the said Lord Prop.ry Cheife Governo.r as aforesaid and the other
       third part thereof residue of the said Forfeiture to them the said Nehemiah Blackiston
       and Samuel Cooper according to the forme of the said statute and that the said
       Nathaniel Davis may come into Court to answere our said soveraigne Lord the
       King the said Lord Prop.ry Cheefe Governo.r as aforesaid And the said Nehemiah
       Blackistone and Samuel Cooper who aswell for the said Lord the King the said
       Governo.r as for themselves in this behalfe prosecuteth of and upon the p.rmisses &c

                   And the said Nathaniel Davis Master of the shipp aforesaid by Kenelme
       Cheseldyn his Attorny cometh and defendeth the force and Injury when &c.a And saith
       that he is Not Guilty of the breach of the statute aforesaid in manner and forme as
       above is imposed upon him and this he desire may be enquired of by the Country
       And the Plaintiffe alsoe

       Therefore it is Comanded the sheriffe of S.t Marys County That he cause to come here
       Twelve &c by whome &c and who neither &c to Recognize &c because aswell &c Now
       here at this day to witt the fifth day of March in the yeare of our Lord One thousand six
       hundred Eighty four Came the said Nehemiah Blackistone and Samuell Cooper who
       aswell for our soveraigne Lord the King and the Cheife Governo.r aforesaid as for themselves
       prosecute by their Attorney aforesaid And the said Nathaniel Davis by his Attorny
       likewise came And the Juro.rs of that Jury came alsoe (to witt) Cap.t Henry Smith Thomas
       Joce Nicholas Ferrett Robert Smith Cornelius Watkinson George Ashman Christopher
       Nutter Thomas Miles John Sewall Walter Woolverstone Henry Lewis and Peter
       Oard who to say the truth in the p.rmisses being elected tryed and sworne Upon their
       Oathes Doe say That they find the said Nathaniel Davis Guilty of the p.rmisses in
       Manner aforesaid in the Information above alleadged against him Whereupon it
       Considered by the Court here that the Comoditys goods wares and Merchandizes aforesaid
       in the Informacon above specified And the ship aforesaid with all her Guns tackle
       furniture Amunicon and Apparrell by lost and forfeited according to the forme of the
       statute aforesaid viz.t One third part thereof to our said soveraigne Lord the King one third
       part thereof to the said Lord Prop.ry Cheife Governo.r of this Province And the other third part
       thereof to the said Nehemiah Blackistone and Samuel Cooper who aswell for our soveraigne
       Lord the King and the said Lord Prop.ry Cheife Governo.r aforesaid as for themselves
       prosecute according to the forme of the statute aforesaid in that Case made and
       Provided And the Defendant in Mercy
