       appeare And alsoe dureing the time aforesaid (that is to say) the 17.th day of March
       1682 at Nanticoke aforesaid by the hands of the aforesaid John Walls Master of the
       ship Mary of Dublin one other Cargoe conteyning tenn able Servants and alsoe
       dureing the aforesaid ^sume^ (to witt) the tenth day of December Anno 1682 aforesaid at
       Nanticoke aforesaid by the hands of the aforesaid John Walls Master of the
       aforesaid ship Mary of Dublin One other Cargoe conteyning Two hundred and
       one gall of Rum Eight barrells of Mollassoes Fourty four gall of Lyme Juce
       Three hundred and Fourty pounds of sugar Tenn hanracks Forty Nine pounds
       of Cotten weeke To machandize and me the profitt thereof for him the said Humphry
       and to render a reasonable accompt thereof to the said plt of the times issues profits
       and goods aforesaid when he should be thereunto required Yett Nevertheless the said
       Thomas although by the said Humphry he hath Solemnly been thereunto
       required to witt the Eleaventh day of Aprill 1684 Att Wiccomoco river in
       Sum.rsett County aforesaid his reasonable accompt aforesaid to him the said Humphry
       hath not renderd but hitherto hath denyed and as yett doth deny to render
       unto him the same Whereupon the said Humphry saith he is damnified and
       hath loss to the vallue of Eight hundred pounds Sterl And thereupon he
       bringeth his Suite

                      On the back side of the aforesaid Declaracon was thus written

       M.r Kenelm Cheseldyn is one of the Attornys of the Provinciall Court appeare for
       mee to the within suite and Declaracon of S.r Humphry Jervis and plead to
       the same and the same defend for mee to the best of yo.r skill and knowledge in
       the law and for yo.r soe doeing this shalbe yo.r warrant As witness my hand and
       seale the twenty eighth day of September 1684
