       As he the said Philip Lynes his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes or any of them or his or their Councell
       Learned in the Law shall Reasonably Devise Advise or require or be Reasonably Devised
       Advised or Required In Wittness whereof the partyes first abovementioned to these present
       Indentures have Interchangeably sett their hands & seales the day & year first abovewritten

       Then came John Raldish within mentioned and acknowledged before us the within mentioned
       Deed to be his actt and deed and that he the sd John Raldish hath and now his good & lawfull
       Right to sell and Alenate the within Mentioned Land                              Thomas Tayler

       This Indenture made the third day of december in the Tenth yeare of the dominion of the
       Right Hono.ble Charles Lord Baltemore &c.a Annoq.r Dom 1684 Between Jonathan Squire of S.t
       Maries County of the one part and Thomas Alliston of Westmerland County in the Province
       Colloney of Virginia planter of the other part Wittnesseth that whereas Henery Ellery Last
       of the province of Maryland had granted unto him by pattent from the Right Hono.ble Cæcilius of
       Noble memory bearing date the 23.d day of Septemb.r 1665 A Certain Tract of Land called
       Musemowaske lyeing and being on the Eastern Shore in a River there called Pocomoke on the
       West side of the said River by a Creek called Prices creek bounding as followeth begining
       at a marked tree standing by a parcell of Land which is now taken up by William Price
       and Runing from the said Land up the Creek by a line drawen North west seaventy five
       perches to a marked oak for Bredth thence draweing a line up unto the woods North East to a
       marked Oak Three hundred and Twenty perches for Length and draweing a line from the
       said oak southeast to a marked pinne seaventy five perches for breadth and runing doune
       the creek side by a line drawen southwest Three hundred & Twenty perches containing & then
       Laied out for Two hundred & fifty acres more or Less as by the said pattent (Relatione being
       thereunto had doth & may more at Large appeare) And whereas the said Henery Ellery
       afterwards (to witt) the Last day of february Annoq Domi 1685 did by his Certaine deed poll
       Bargaine and sell unto John Meorcraft Late of the said Province Gent the said tract of Land
       to him and his heires for Ever as by the sayd deed Remaining upon reccord in the Secrys (of this
       Province office at Large doth appeare) And whereas the said John Morecroft afterwards
       dyeing the said Land decended unto the said Jonathan Squire as onely heire of him the said
       John Morecroft Now this Indenture further wittnesseth that the said Jonathan Squire for &
       in consideration of the sume of Five Thousand pounds of tobacco to him in hand paied the said
       Thomas Allison the Receipt whereof he doth hereby accknowledge thereof and of Every part
       and parcell thereof doth Cleerly and absolutely acquitt & discharge the said Thomas Allison his
       heires and assignes for Ever by these presents Hath given Granted Bargained and sold and by these
       presents doth Give Grant bargain & sell unto him the said Thomas Allison ^&^ his heires & assigness
       for Ever all the said Divident or tract of Land aforesaid (be the same Two hundred & fifty
       acres or be the same more or less quantity whiten the bounds thereof the same lyeing on
       the Eastren shore on pocomook River bounded as is above specified Together with all the
       and singular the Right proffit benifites & priviledges & Emmolum.ts to the foresaid
       Tract of Land belonging or in any waies appertaining To have & to hold the said
       tract of Divident of Land with all & Every the appurtenances thereunto belonging
       to him the said Thomas Allison his heires & assignes for Ever and to the onely proper
       use and behoofe of the said Thomas his heires & assignes for Ever
