289) 298 The Rents and services which from henceforth shall grow due and payable to the Cheife Lord or Lords of the Fees onely Excepted and foreprised And further the said George Yate for himself his heires Executors and Administrators shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter dureing the the space of seaven years at the Request and at the proper Cost and Charge in the Law of him the s.d Abraham Burd his heires Executors Administrators and assignes make do Execute & suffer or cause to be made done Executed or suffred all and Every such further & other act or acts thing or things device or devices Assurance or Assurances whatsoever Requisite in the premisses for the better assureing of the said Bargained premisses unto the said Abraham Burd his heires Exers administrators and assignes for Ever as the said Abraham Burd his heires Execs administrators or assignes or Either of their Councill Learned in the Law shall be Reasonable advised devised or Required And the said George Yate doth further Covenant promise and grant to and with the said Abraham Burd his heires Executors and assignes that he the said George Yate hath not done nor suffred any matter or thing whereby to Incumber the premisses hereby Conveyed or any part of them in title Charge Estate or otherwaise howsoever but that the said Abraham Burd the heires Executors administrators or Assigness May fully frely and Cleerly have hold possese Enjoy and occupy all and singular the Bargained premisses free and Cleer form all and former and other Bargaines Sales uses leases Gifts grants Estates Rents and Revenues And of and from all Joynters Dowers uses wills Intails Statutes Judgments Recognizance Executiones forfeiture and seizures as also from all other Charges Incumberances and troubles whatsoever And lastly it is hereby Covenanted granted and declared Concluded by and between all and Every the said partyes to these presents that all & Every fine Recovery Conveyance or other assureance whatsoever had made acknowledged levyed suffred or Executed or hereafter to be had made levied or suffred of or concerning the aforementioned to be hereby Bargained premisses with their appurtenances by or between the sd partyes to these presents or any of them or whereunto or any of them shall be partyes or privyes and the full force Effect and Execution of the same and Every of them shall be and enure and shall be had taken reputed deemed and Constructed to be and Endure to the onely propper use and behoofe of the said Abraham Burd his heires and assignes for Ever and to Lowe P Tho Grunwin Clk Will Burgess Be it knowne unto all men by these presents that I Francis Hill of London Marchant for divers good causes and Considerationes Me hereunto moveing Have made ordained and in my stead and place putt and Constituted and by these presents do make ordaine and in my stead and place put and Constitute Vincent Lowe in Maryland in the parts beyond the seas Attorny Generall my True and Lawfull Attorny and Assignes for me and in my name and for ^to^ my use to demand Recover and Recive by all Lawfull wais and means whatsoever of and from Mathew Ward Late of London Gent and now Resident in Maryland aforesaid all such sum & sumes of money goods waires Marchandizes proceeds and profites of goods and Merchandizes debts duetyes and demands whatsoever as are to Me due payable and belonging by and from the said Mathew Warde upon or by virtue of any acopt or acopts speciealty or speciealtyes writting or writtings under the hand onely of the said Mathew Warde or otherwise howsoever And The said Francis Hill Do by these presents give and Grant unto the aforesaid Vincent Loe all my full power and Lawfull Authority for in or about the Recovery and receipt of the premissess or any part thereof the said Mathew Warde his Executors or administrators goods and Chattells and Every or any of them (if need shall be) to sue arrest attatch seize sequester Implead Impower and Condemne and out of Prison to deliver and to appeare before all and all manner of Judges Justices and Ministers of the Law and to Compound Compromitt conclude agree Recover and Receive and of the Receipt and Receipts or upon and Composition or other agreement to be made about the premisses Acquittances or other Requisite discharges for Me and in my name to make seale and as my deed and deeds to deliver and one or more under him the said Vincent Low to make substitute and Revoke And Generaly to do Execute performe and determine all and Every such further and other Lawfull act and acts thing and things whatsoever which in or about the Recovering Receiveing Releasing and discharging of the premisses shall be |
