       but Confesseth the Action of the said John whereupon the said John against
       the said Robert for the said Sume of Twelve hundred & thirty pounds of
       Tobacco debt and five hundred pounds of Tobacco Costs of Suite remaineth wholy
       undefended Wherefore itt is Considered by the Court here that the said John
       as well the said Sume of Twelve hundred and Thirty pounds of Tobacco debt
       aforesaid as alsoe the Said Sume of Five hundred pounds of Tobacco Costs of
       Suite Recover against the said Robert Large & the said Robert in mercy &c

Maryland fs  Lewis Blangy late of Kent County was Sumoned to answer unto John Quigley Gent
       one of the Attorneys of this Court &c in A plea of debt

       And whereupon the said John in his pper person saith that whereas the said Lewis the
       Twentyeth day of Aprill 1677 borrowed of him the said John the Sume of Six Thousand six
       hundred sixty four pounds of tobacco And the said Lewis did faithfully promise him the
       said John the said Sume of Six thousand Six hundred Sixty four pounds of Tobacco when
       thereunto required would well and truly pay and Satisfie yett the said Lewis the said
       Lewis the Said Sume of Six Thousand Six hundred Sixty four pounds of tobacco to
       him the said John though often thereunto required hath not paid but the same
       to pay hath denyed & Still doth deny to the damage of the said John Twelve
       Thousand pounds of tobacco and thereupon he bringeth his Suite

       And the said Lewis Blangy in his pper person Cometh here into Court & defendeth
       the force and injury when &c and the said Lewis to the said John as to the said sume
       of Six Thousand Six hundred Sixty four pounds of tobacco nothing in barr thereof Saith
       but Confesseth the Action of the said John against the said Lewis for the said Sume
       of Six Thousand Six hundred Sixty four pounds of tobacco Whereupon the said John
       against the said Lewis for the Said Sume remaineth wholy undefended Wherefore
       itt is Considered by the Court here the twentyeth day of Aprill Anno 1677 that the
       Said John the said Sume of Six thousand Six hundred Sixty four pounds of
       tobacco the debt aforesaid recover against the said Lewis And the said Lewis in
       mercy &c but soe as Execucon thereof stay for Three Thousand Three hundred thirty two
       pounds thereof untill the tenth day of October Anno One thousand Six hundred seaventy
       Seaven & Three Thousand Three hundred Thirty Two Pounds the remainder of the said
       Sume of Six Thousand Six hundred Sixty four pounds of tobacco that Execucon thereof
       Stay untill the Tenth of October One Thousand Six hundred Seaventy Eight

       Whereas John Dobbs of Kent County was taken in Execucon att my Suite by Robert
       Dunn late Sheriffe of the Same County for the Sume of Six Thousand Twenty one
       pounds of tobacco debt & five hundred forty four pounds of tobacco Costs of Suite for
       which Said Sume Tobias Wells late of the same County became security in the Provinciall
       Court that the said John Dobbs should satisfie and pay the sume of Two Thousand
       pounds of tobacco yearly untill the same should be paid or otherwise he the said Tobias
       Wells would satisfie and pay the same And whereas Lewis Blangy (who married
       Mary the Relict of Desborough Bennett the Relict & Exec.rx of of the said Tobias
       Wells) hath this p.rsent Aprill Court Confest Judgement to me in Open Court for the said
       debt and Costs aforesaid I Doe therefore Acknowledge full Satisfaction upon the
       Judgement aforesaid obtained against the Said John Dobbs & Doe hereof discharge
       and Accquitt the said John Dobbs of & from the same together with his Goods
       & Chattells & the Goods & Chattells of the said Tobias Wells Wittnes my hand and seale
       the twenty Third day of Aprill 1677
