       Bee itt by fine or fynes recoverie or recoveries with one or more voucher or vouchers deed or
       deed Indented or Inrolled the Inrollment of these presents Feofment release or Confirmation
       with warranty as aforesaid or without warranty or by all any or as many of the said waies
       or meanes or by any other Lawfull or reasonable waies or meanes whatsoever by the
       said Thomas Bayle & Elizabeth his now said wife the Daughter in Law of the said
       John Baker their heires Executors or Adm.rs or by any his her or their Councill Learned in
       the Law shall be reasonably devised advised or required And it is Covenanted granted
       Concluded declared & fully agreed by & betweene the said partyes to these presents And
       the true Intent & meaning of the said parties to these presents is & is hereby declared to be
       that as well these partyes at all & every further assurance & assurances of the said parcell
       or tract of Land & other the sid premises or any part thereof which shall or may of any time
       or times hereafter be had made acknowledged levied suffered or executed by or betweene
       the said parties to these presents or any of them or any other person or persons by their
       or any of their direction nomination or appointment shall be & enure & shall be adjudged
       deemed Constued taken to be & enure to & for the only proper uses Intents & purposes aforesaid
       that is to say to & for the use & behoofe of the said Thomas Bayle & Elizabeth his now said
       wife the daughter in Law of the said John Baker for & dureing the terme of their Naturall
       lives & the naturall Life of the Longer Liver of them without Impeachment of wast & from &
       after their respective deceases then to the use & behoofe of the heires of the body of the
       said Elizabeth the daughter in Law of the said John Baker by the said Thomas Bayle lawfully
       to be begotten & for want of such Issue then to the use & behoofe of the heires of the body of the
       said Eliz Lawfully to be begotten And for want of such Issue then to the use & behoofe
       of W.m Bateman the sonn of Eliz Baker the now wife of the said John Baker Brother of
       the said Eliz the now wife of the said Thomas Bayle & to his heires Lawfully to be begotten
       of his body & for want of such issue then to the use & behoofe of Mary Bateman Daughter
       of Eliz Baker now wife of the said John Baker & sister of the said Eliz now wife of the
       said Thomas Bayle to her heires Lawfully to be begotten of her body & for want of such
       Issue then to the use & behoofe of the right ^heires^ of the said John Baker for ever & to & for none
       other use Intent or purpose whatsoever In Wittnesse whereof the parties first above
       named to theire present Indentures their hands & seales Interchangably have sett & put
       the day & yeer first above written Annoq Dom                   1680

          The within written Indenture was sealed & delivered in y.e
          presence of us      Seth Sergeant   M Miller
                                                                                                                John Baker
             On the Backsid of the foregoeing Deed was thus written                  (sealed)

         Then Came the within mentioned John Baker & Elizabeth his wife & acknowledged the
       within Deed of Conveyance to be by the said John Baker seigned sealed & as his Act & Deed
       Delivered to the uses within mentioned & the said Eliz being privately examined acknowledged
       that without the threats or fear of her said Husband John Baker she doth freely & voluntarily consent
       to the Conveyance and assureing the premises Within mentioned to the uses within specified
       & thatt the same is the proper Estate of the said Thomas Bayle as Within mentioned
