       and singular the Estate right title Interest use possession rent property Inheritance clayme
       & demand whatsoever of him the said Robert Mason of in or to the aforementioned to be
       hereby bargained premises with their & every of their appurtenances or any part thereof
       Together also with all writings deeds patents evidences Chirographies of fynes Exemplifications
       of recoveries decrees boundaries & minuments whatsoever touching or Concerning the said
       premises or any part or parcell thereof to have & to hold the said parcell or tract of Land
       Messuages Tenements dwelling houses yards barnes stables outhouses Edifices buildings
       tobacco houses backsides gardens orchards & all & singular other the premises before mentioned
       or intended to be hereby given granted aliened bargained sold enfeoffed & Confirmed with
       their & every or their Appurtenances & every part & parcell thereof unto the said John
       Baker his heires & assignes for ever As in & by the said Last recited Indenture of bargaine
       & sale Relation being thereunto had it doth & may more att Large appeare Now this
       Indenture further wittnesseth that the said John Baker For & in Consideration that
       the said Thomas Bayle hath married the said Elizabeth the Daughter of Elizabeth
       Baker his now wife And for the love & affection which he beareth to the said Elizabeth
       his said daughter in Law And for the provision of a Competent livelyhood & maintainnance
       to be had & made for the said Elizabeth the Daughter in Law of the said John Baker & the
       parcell or tract of Land Messuages Tenements dwelling houses Yards barnes stables outhouses
       edifices buildings Tobacco houses Backsides gardens Orchards & all & singular the premisses
       before mentioned in such maner & forme & to such uses Intents & purposes as hereafter in
       these presents are mentioned & declared doth for himselfe his heires & Assignes Covenant
       promise grant & agree To & with the said Thomas Bayle & Elizabeth his said wife the
       Daughter in Law of the said John Baker their Heires Executo.rs & Adm.rs by these presents
       that he the said John Baker & his heires shall & will immediately from & after the ensealing
       & delivery of these presents stand & be seized of & in all the above mentioned parcell of
       Land Containing two hundred Acres be the same more or lesse with the messuages
       Tenements dwelling houses yards barnes stables outhouses Ediffices buildings tobacco houses
       backsides gardens Orchards & all & singular other the premises with the Appurtenances
       thereunto belonging or in any wise apperteyning To & for the uses intents & purposes hereafter
       by these presents mentioned expressed limitted & declared & to & for none other use intent or
       purpose whatsoever That is to say To & for the use & behoofe of the said Thomas Bayle &
       Elizabeth his now said wife the daughter in Law of the said John Baker for & during the terme of
       their naturall Lives & the naturall Life of the Longer Liver of them without Impeachment
       of wast & from & after their respective deceases then to the use & behoofe of the heires of the body
       of the said Elizabeth the daughter in Law of the said John Baker by the said Thomas Bayle
       lawfully to be begotten And for want of such Issue then to the use & behoofe of the heires
       of the body of the said Elizabeth Lawfully to be begotten And for want of such Issue then to
       the use & behoofe of William Bateman the son of Elizabeth Baker the now wife of the said John
       Baker brother of the said Elizabeth the now wife of the said Thomas Bayle & to his heires Lawfully
       to be begotten of his body And for want of such Issue then to the use & behoofe of Mary Bateman
       Daughter of Elizabeth Baker now wife of the said John Baker & sister of the said Elizabeth the
       now wife of the said Thomas Bayle & to her heires Lawfully to be begotten of her body And for
       want of such Issue then to the use & behoofe of the right heires of the said John Baker for ever
       And the said John Baker for himselfe his heires & Assignes doth further covenant promise & grant
       to & with the said Thomas Bayle & Elizabeth his now said wife the daughter in Law of the said
       John Baker their heires Executo.rs Adm.rs by these presents That he the said John Baker now att
