       & parcel thereof And lastly that all other Guifts grants bargaines sales
       leases Mortgages had made suffered or done before the Ensealing & delivery hereof
       to any other person or persons whatsoever touching or Concerning the p.rmises
       or any part thereof shall Cease determine & be utterly void & of none effect In
       Witness whereof the said Robert Wright hath to this p.rsent Indenture of bargain  
       & sale set his hand & affixt his seal and also delivered to the said John Evans in
       presence of the witnesses hereunder mentioned all his right tytle & Interest together
       with full possession of the said bargained p.rmises by the acknowledgment of
       Turf & twig according to the Custome of the said Province of Maryland the day
       & Year first above written menconed

                                              On the back of the aforegoing Deed was written as followeth

The sixth day of March 1682 Came before us                   Recd of John Evans of Calvert County Carpenter
underwritten Two of his Lo.sps Justices for the County      the sume of Nine shellings for the Alienacon of
of S.t Maries the within named Robert Wright and             Four hundred & fifty acres of Land called Ishmaels
acknowledged the within written Deed to be his Act          right & Wrights Guift lying in S.t Maries County
& Deed Witness our hands the day & year aforesaid         as witnesse my hand this fourth day of April

       This Indenture Made the tenth day of May in the eighth Year of the Dominion
       of the right Hono.ble Charles absolute Lord & Prop.ry of the Provinces of Maryland & Avalon
       Lord Baron of Baltemore &c.a Annoq Donÿ One thousand six hundred eighty & three
       Between Elias Nuthall of Calvert County Planter & Elizabeth his wife of the One part &
       Richard Ridgel of S.t Maries County Planter of the other part Wittnesseth that the said
       Elias Nuthall & Elizabeth his wife for & in consideration of the Sume or Quantity of Three
       Thousand two hundred pounds of tobacco to them in hand paid by the said Richard Ridgel the
       receipt whereof they the said Elias & Elizabeth do hereby acknowledge & thereof & of every
       part and parcell thereof do acquit & discharge the Said Richard Ridgel his heires Execut.rs &
       Administrators for ever by these p.rsents; Have given granted bargained sold aliened Enfeoffed
       and confirmed And by these presents do hereby fully cleerly and absolutely give grant bargain
       sell alien Enfeoff & confirm unto him the said Richard Ridgel his heires & assignes for ever
       all that tract or parcell of land being part or parcell of a peice of land called Watsneck the
       said Watts neck being likewise part of the Resurrection Manner in Calvert County aforesaid
       beginning at a Hickery in an old feild Calld Gants feild & runing south to pattisons line &
