       or seigniorys onely And further the said Richard Johns and Elizabeth his wife for themselves and
       either of them their and either of their Heires Executo.rs and Adm.rs Covenant promise and grant to and w.th
       them the said Richard Gwin and James Kyle and either of them their and either of their Heires and
       Assignes by these p.rsents That as well they the said Richard Johns and Elizabeth wife and either of
       them their and either of their Heires and the heires and Assignes of the said Paul Kynsey and every
       of them and all and every other person and persons haveing or claimeing or that hereafter shall
       or may have or lawfully claime any estate right title interest or thing into or out of the aforemenconed
       to bee hereby bargained p.rmisses with thappurtences or any of them or any part
       thereof by from or under them the said Richard Johns and Elizabeth his wife and Paul Kynsey
       or any of them or their Act or estate shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter
       upon every reasonable request and at the Costs and Charges in the law of them the said Richard
       Gwin and James Kyle or either of them their or either of their heires or Assignes or any of them
       make and doe acknowledge leavy suffer and execute and cause and procure to be made done
       acknowledged leavyed and executed all and every such further and other lawfull and reasonable
       Act and Acts thing and things device and devices assureance and assureances in the law
       whatsoever for the further better and more pfect assureance suremakeing and Conveying of
       all and Singular the before menconed to be hereby bargained p.rmisses with the appurtences and
       every part and parcell thereof unto them the said Richard Gwin and James Kyle their heires &
       Assignes and for their owne proper use and behoofe for Ever as above said according to the
       true meaning of these p.rsents Bee it by Deed or Deeds inrolled or not inrolled the acknowledgm.t
       and Inrolm.t of these p.rsents fyne or fynes recovery or recoverys Feofment release or
       Confirmacon with warranty by all or any and so many of the wayes and meanes aforesaid
       or by any other wayes or meanes and in such manner and forme as by they the said Richard
       Gwin and James Kyle their heires or Assignes or any of them or their or any of their Councell
       learned in the law shalbe reasonably devised or advised and required And lastly it is hereby
       Covenanted granted declared concluded and agreed by and between all and every the
       Conveyances and Assureances whatsoever hereafter had made acknowledged leavyed
       suffered executed or hereafter to be had made leavyed suffered or executed of or
       Concerning the aforemenconed to bee hereby bargained p.rmisses with the appurtences or
       any of them or any of them or any part or parcell thereof by or between the said partys
       to these p.rsents or any of them or whereunto they or any of them are or shalbe partys or
       privies and the full force effect and execucon of the same and every of them shalbe and
       enure and shalbe had taken reputed deemed adjudged and Construed to be and enure to and
       for the onely and proper use and behoofe of them the said Richard Gwin and James Kyle their
       heires and Assignes forever and to and for none other use intent or purpose whatsoever
       In witnesse whereof the partys first above named to these p.rsent Indentures their hands
       and seals interchangeably have sett & putt the day & year first above written Annoq.r Dne 1681
