       before menconed to be hereby bargained p.rmisses with the appurtences and every part and parcell of
       them and every of them unto them the said Richard Gwin & James Kyle their heires and Assignes
       to and for their owne proper use and behoofe as aforesaid from and against them the said Rich.d
       Jones and Elizabeth the wife and either of them their and either of their heires and Assignes     
       And from and against the heires and Assignes of Paul Kinsey and every of them and against all
       and every other person and persons lawfully claimeing or to claime by from or under them
       the said Richard Johns and Elizabeth his wife and Paul Kinsey or any of them or either or
       any of their Act or estate shall and will warrant and for ever defend by these p.rsents And
       the said Richard Johns and Elizabeth his Wife for themselves their heires Executo.rs
       Adm.rs and Assignes and every of them doe Covenant promise and grant to and with
       them the said Richard Gwin and James Kyle their heires and Assignes by these p.rsents
       that they the said Richard Johns & Elizabeth his wife att the time of the ensealing and
       delivery of these p.rsents stand & are or one of them standeth and is lawfully seized of an
       in the said parcell of land Tenem.ts dwelling houses yards barnes stables outhouses ediffices
       buildings Tobacco houses backsides gardens orchards and all and singuler other the said
       p.rmisses with the appurtences of a good sure rightfull perfect lawfull and indefeizible estate
       of Inheritance in Fee simple without any Condicon Mortgage or limitacon of any use or uses
       or power of Revocacon of any other matter or thing whatsoever which shall or many any
       way alter change charge or determine the same And also that they the said Richard
       Johns and Elizabeth his wife at the time of the ensealing and delivery of these p.rsents
       have or one of them hath full power good right and lawfull authority to give grant
       alien bargaine sell enfeoffe and Confirme the said parcell of land Tenem.ts dwelling
       houses and all and singuler other the said p.rmisses with the appurtences to them the said Richard
       Gwin and James Kyle their heires and Assignes in manner and forme aforesaid and according
       to the true intent and meaning before expressed And also that they the said Richard Gwin and
       James Kyle their heires and Assignes and every of them shall and may from tyme to time
       and att all times hereafter lawfully peaceably and quietly have hold use occupy possess and
       enjoy the said Parcell of land Tenem.ts dwelling houses yards barnes stables out houses
       ediffices buildings Tobaccohouses backsides Gardens and Orchards and all and Singuler
       other the p.rmisses above menconed to bee hereby given granted aliened bargained sold
       enfeoffed and Confirmed as aforesaid and every part and parcell of them and every of
       them with the appurtences without any lett trouble suite eviccon molestacon deniall disturbance
       hindrance or interrupcon of them the said Richard Johns and Elizabeth his wife or either
       of them their or either of their heires Executo.rs Adm.rs or Assignes or of or by the heires or
       Assignes of the said Paul Kinsey or any of them or any of their Act or estate And that
       free cleare and clearely acquitted discharged saved harmeless and kept endempnified of and
       from all and Singuler former and other bargaines sales guifts grants leases Joyntures Dowers
       uses wills fines issues Intayles Mortgages anuitys rents arrearages of Rents Statutes recognizances
       Judgem.ts extents Execucons debts amerciam.ts trusts orders decrees And of and from all other
       estates titles troubles charges and incumbrances whatsoever had made comitted suffered done
       or assented unto by them the said Richard Johns and Elizabeth his wife or either of them or by the
       said Paul Kinsey or any of them or hereafter to be had made Comitted suffered done or assented
       unto by them the said Richard Johns and Elizabeth his wife or either of them their or either
       of their Heires or Assignes or by the heires or Assignes of the said Paul Kinsey or any of
       them (except the Rents and Services which henceforth shall growe due and payable to the
       Cheife Lord or Lords of the Fee or Fees of the said p.rmisses for or in respect ^of^ him or their signiorys
