       his Wife Doe for themselves their heires Executo.rs and Adm.rs Covenant and agree to and w.th
       the said Robert Carvile his heires and Assignes That hee the said Robert and his heires shall
       & may from time to time and att all times hereafter peaceably and Quietly hold and Enjoy the
       said Land and p.rmisses w.thout the Lost suite or Interruption of the said William Holmes
       & Frances his wife or any other pson or psons Claymeing by from or under him them or
       Either of them In Testimony whereof the said William Holmes and Frances his wife
       have hereunto sett their hands and seales the day and Yeare first above Written

                                   On the back side of the aforegoing Deed of Conveyance was thus written

    Memorandum that this seaventeenth day of August in the yeare of our Lord 1681 Came before Us
       Two of his Lopps Justices of the Provinciall Court William Holmes and Frances his wife ptyes to
       these p.rsents and Acknowledged the within written Indenture to be their prop Acts and Deedes
       And the said Frances being by Us alone and secretly examined According to the forme of a
       Certaine Act of Assembly in that Case made and Provided Did Acknowledge the Lands &
       p.rmisses in the within written Deed mentioned to be the Right of the said Robert Carvile
       within Named as of the guift of them the said William and Frances & have for them
       & their heires Remised and Made Quitt Claime thereof to the said Robert Carvile his
       heires and Assignes for Ever

       To all persons to whome these presents Come I Mary Ward the Relict and Executrix of Matthew
       Ward of Talbot County gentl deceased send greeting Whereas att a Provincial Court held att the Citty of St Maryes the
       Eleaventh day of June in the fortyeth yeare of the Dominion of Cæcilius &c Annoq Domini One thousand six hundred seaventy
       and two The said Matthew Ward obtained a Judgment against Daniel Jenifer gentl for the sume of thirty & three pounds
       Eleaven shillings sterl as also the sume of                                                            pounds of Tobacco for costs & charges
       expended in the said suite And Whereas att the same time the said Daniel Jenifer and Richard Moy of the Citty
       of St Maryes Innholders in their proper persons in open Court did Confesse Judgment to the said Matthew Ward
       for the said debt and costs to be Leavyed upon Either of their goods or Chattles &c Respectively with a Cost at Execute
       untill the Tenth day of October then next according to an Act for stopping Execucons After Aprill Court in
       that Case provided And Whereas afterwards to wit the twelfth day of February one thousand six hundred
       seaventy and five the said Matthew Ward sued out of the said Court a scire facias against the said Daniel Jenifer
       and against Henry Carew Robert Carvile and Clement Hill Executo.rs of the last Will and Testament of the said Rich.d
       Moy dec.d To appeare before the Justices of the said Court the fourth day of Aprill then next to shew cause if any
       they had why Execucon should not issue for the said Thirty three pounds Eleaven shillings sterl the debt afores.d
       Which said Court was by the Lopps writt of adjournment adjourned to the fifteenth day of the same Aprill
       Att w.ch said Fifteenth day noe Cause being showne to the Contrary Itt was granted by the Court That the said
       Matthew Ward should have Execucon for the said sume of thirty and three pounds Eleaven shillings sterl as
       also for the sume of seaven hundred seaventy and two pounds of Tobacco costs of suite As by the Records
       thereof Remaining in the seccretaryes Office of Maryland more att large may appeare Upon w.ch said
       Judgment Execucon hath not yet beene done or Executed Now Know Yee that I the said Mary Ward for &
       in Consideracon of the sume of Eight thousand Eight hundred twenty and foure pounds of good sound Tobacco to me
