191) 200 these p.rsents doe make ordeyne constitute authorize and appoint Simon Wilmer now in Maryland late servant Factor or Agent to and for my said Father in and for his affaires and concernes in Maryland and Virginia And in case of his decease and from and after his decease Then Nathaniell Heathcott merchant now in Maryland To bee my true lawfull full and absolute Attorny and Assignee for me and in my name and to and for the accompt use and behoofe of mee the said Priscilla Holland my Executo.rs Administrato.rs and Assignes To demand recover and receive by course and order of law or otherwise as the place or occasion shall need admitt of or require of and from all and every or any person or persons whatsoever either in Maryland or Virginia or else where beyond the seas all and every or any sume or sumes of money debts rights creditts and things whatsoever which they every or any of them is or are indebted or ought to pay render give or deliver either unto my said late Father (if living) or unto me the said Priscilla Holland as his Adm.rx whether the same be by or upon any bill bond specialty accompt reckoning agreem.t or otherwise for or upon any matter cause or occasion whatsoever or howsoever And to call to accompt and accompt with all and every or any such person or persons as aforesaid And also to Oversee order and dispose of all or any such goods merchandize servants and other things late of my said Father and now of me and are now in the hands disposicon or power of the said Symon Wilmer or shall come thereunto or to the hands disposicon or power of the said Nathaniel Heathcote in case of the death of the said Symon Wilmer And thereof I the said Priscilla Holland doe hereby give and grannt unto the said Simon Wilmer or in case of his death their unto the said Nathaniel Heathcote full power & authority as need or occasion shalbe or require to arrest sue persue implead attach seize condemne imprison and out of Prison to deliver And to receive compound and agree and all fitting and needfull receipts acquittances released and discharged to make and give and to require and receive And one Attorny or more to make and ordeyne and the same att pleasure to revoake And generally to doe pforme and fullfill for me and on my behalfe and as occasion shall be all and every other act matter and thing whatsoever which cann or may be done or performed by an Attorny or Assignee as amply and with as full effect as I may might or could doe performe and fullfill the same if I were personally p.rsent And lastly I doe hereby consent unto, allowe, ratifie, and confirme all and whatsoever either of my before named Attornys or any person or person to be by him lawfully deputed or authorized shall doe or cause to be done by vertue of these p.rsents or of any power or authority devised therefrom In witness whereof I the said Priscilla Holland have hereunto sett my hand & seal Dated the Twelfth day of October Anno Dm 1678 And in the Thirtieth yeare of the reigne of our Soveraigne Lord King Charles the second &c Sealed & delivered in the p.rsence of Priscilla Holland (sealed) Sid Montagn Edmund Skinner J Browne |
