199 (190 And hath made ordeyned and in the place and stead hath putt and constituted and by these p.rsents doth make ordeyne and in his stead and place doth putt and constitute M.r Simon Wilmer of Virginia Merchant his true and lawfull Attorney Giveing unto him full power authority & speciall charge for and in the name and to the use of him Constituant to aske demand recover and receive of and from the heires Executo.rs Administrato.rs or goods of M.r Nathaniel Stiles late of Virginia deceased or of such other person or persons whome it or right doth or may concerne All and singuler such sume and sumes of money debts goods wares Tobaccoes merchandizes Effects and things whatsoever as the said Nathaniel Stiles when liveing did and as the estate which he left behind him doth ave and is indebted and stands accomptable unto this Constituant; bee it by bill booke obligacon specialtie accompt covenant contract promise or otherwise by any wayes or meanes whatsoever nothing excepted nor reserved with all costs damages and interests, alsoe to compound and agree and to account with or take account of any person or persons whatsoever concerning the p.rmisses Of the recoverys and receipts compositions and agreements acquittance or other sufficient discharge in the name of him Constituant to make subscribe seale and deliver And if needfull to appeare and the person of the said Constituant to represent in all Courts and before all Lords Judges and Justices and to doe say pursue implead seize sequester attach arrest imprison and to condemne and out of prison againe (when need shalbee) to deliver Cum facultate substituendi And Generally in and Concerning the p.rmisses and the dependences thereof to doe say transact and accomplish all and whatsoever the said Constituant himselfe might or could doe personally, Although the matter required more speciall authority then herein is comprised The said Constituant hereby promiseing to have and hold also to ratifie and confirme for good and of vallue forever all and whatsoever his said Attorny or his substitutes under him shall lawfully doe or procure to be done in and aboute the p.rmisses by Vertue of these p.rsents In witness whereof the said Constituant hath hereunto putt his hand and seale and these p.rsents for and as his Act and Deed had delivered in the p.rsence of me Notary and of Thomas Brookhouse and Porten Paul Witnesses Tho Brookhouse, Porten Paul, Joseph Sparrow (sealed) In testimonium veritatis mana mea solita signavi ac sigillo corroboravi (locus sigilli) Guil Scorey Not.rius Pubcus Sealed and delivered by M.r Joseph Sparrow in the p.rsence of John Bodÿ Know all men by these p.rsents That I Priscilla Holland of London Spinster daughter and Admstratrix of all and singular the goods Chattles rights Creditts and debts of James Holland late Cittizen and grocer of London deceased Have made ordeyned constituted authorized and appointed And by (these |
