       their heires severally and not joyntly nor due for the other doe Covenant promise and
       grant to and with the said Thomas Spinke his heires and Assignes by these p.rsents
       that him the said Thomas Spinke his heires and Assignes shall and may for ever hereafter
       peaceably and quietly have hold possess the aforesaid parcell of land and p.rmisses
       without the lett suite or evicon of them the said William Guyther and Owen
       Gwyther and Elizabeth his wife and every and either of them their and every and
       either of their heires and Assignes and without the lett suite molestacon interupcon
       or eviccon of all and every other person or psons whatsoever lawfully claiming
       by from or under them or any or either of them their or any or either of their
       estate Right or Title And also that the said William Gwyther Owen Gwyther and
       Elizabeth his wife and every of them their and every of their heires and assignes
       shall and will warrant and hereby doe joyntly and severally grant to warrant
       and for ever defend by these p.rsents the abovesaid Tract of land and p.rmisses
       with the appurtenances unto the said Thomas Spinke his heires and assignes
       for ever In witness whereof the partys first above named have hereunto
       interchangeably sett their hands and seales the day and year first above

                                     menconed Deed to be by them signed sealed & as their Act & Deed delivered unto
                                     the s.d Thomas Spinke to the uses therein menconed      Phillip Calvert  W.m Calver

       Know all men by these p.rsents that I William Drope of London Mercht Have made
       ordained constituted and appoynted and in my place and stead have putt my
       true and loveing Freinds M.r Christopher Rousby and M.r Robert Ridgely of Maryland
       my true and lawfull Attorneys for me and in my name and for my use to
       aske demand levy require sue for recover and receive of and from Edward
       Selby and John Grasam of Maryland aforesaid all such sume and sums of
       money rents incomes debts and dutys whatsoever as are in any manner of wise
       due oweing or of right belonging to me by or from the said Edward Selby
       and John Grasam and upon non paym.t thereof the said Edward Selby and
       John Grasam or either of them their or either of their Executo.rs or Administrato.rs
       for me and in my name to arrest imprison implead and prosecute for the same and
       upon such suite to proceed to Judgment and execucon And thereupon the said
       Edward Selby and John Grasam their Executo.rs & Adm.rs in prison to hold
       and keep untill payment thereof be made with all costs and damages susteined
       by occasion thereof or of the deteining of the same And upon paym.t thereof the said
       Edward Selby and John Grasam their Executo.rs and Adm.rs forth of prison to
       discharge and acquittances or other discharges for me and in my name to make
       seale and deliver and one or more Attorny or Attorneys under him or them to
       make constitute and appoint and att their wills and pleasures to revoke and also
       to doe pforme and execute all and every other lawfull and reasonable acts and
       things whatsoever both for the obtaining and dischargeing of the same as shalbe
       needfull to be done giveing and by these p.rsents granting unto my said Attorneys my
       whatsoever my said Attorneys shall lawfully doe or cause to be done in or about
       the execucon of the p.rmisses by vertue of these p.rsents In witness whereof
       I have hereunto sett my hand and seale the Seaventh day of September
