       Respect of the said Land and p.rmisses to his Lopp and his heires of whome the said Land &
       premisses are holden (onely excepted and foreprized) And further the said Solomon Thomas
       for himselfe his heires and assignes and for every of them Doth Covenant promise and
       grant to and with the said Robert Skinner his heires by these p.rsents That hee the said
       Solomon Thomas and his heires All and singular the before mentioned to bee hereby
       bargained premisses w.th thappurtenances and every part and parcell thereof unto the said
       Robert Skinner his heires and Assignes for ever as aforesaid against him the said
       Solomon Thomas his heires Executors Adm.rs and assignes and every of them and ag.t
       all and every other person and psons Clayming any estate of in or to the said tract pcell
       or Divident of Land Called Island Neck Messuages Tenements dwelling houses yards
       Barnes stables outhouses edifices buildings Tobacco houses backsides gardens orchards
       and premisses aforesaid shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents
       And further the said Solomon Thomas doth for himself his heires and assignes
       Executo.rs and Adm.rs and for every of them Covenant prmisse and grant to and w.th the said
       Robert Skinner his heires and Assignes by these presents That hee the said Solomon
       Thomas and his heires and all and every other person & persons and theire heires w.ch
       now have or att any time hereafter shall or may have or Lawfully Clayme or p.rtend to
       have any estate Right title Inheritance or thing of in or out of the aforementioned
       Tract parcell or Divident of land Called Island neck messuages Tenem.ts dwelling
       houses Yards barnes stables outhouses Edifices buildings Tobacco houses backsides
       gardens orchards To bee hereby bargained premisses with thappurtenances or any
       part thereof shall and will att all time and times hereafter att and upon y.e Reasonable
       Request or requests and att the prop costs and charges in the Lawe of him the said
       Robert Skinner his heires and assignes Doe make acknowledge execute Leavie and
       suffer and Cause to bee done acknowledged Executed Leavied and sufferred all and
       Every such Further and other Lawfull and Reasonable Act and acts thing and
       things device and Devices Assureance and assureances in the Lawe whatsoever w.ch
       shall or may bee for the further better and more perfect assureing sure makeing and
       Conveying of all and singuler the before mentioned Tract parcell or Divident of Land
       Called Island neck to bee hereby bargained premisses with the appurtenances and
       every part and parcell thereof unto the said Robert Skinner his heires and Assignes to
       and for the sole onely and proper use and behoofe of him the said Robert Skinner and
       of his heires and Assignes for ever as abovesaid According to the true meaning of
       these presents Bee itt by deed or deeds Inrolled or not Enrolled the Acknowledgm.t
       and Enrollment of these presents Fyne or Fynes Recovery or Recoveries with one or
       more voucher or vouchers Feoffment Release or Confirmacon with warranty as
       aforesaid or without warranty or by all any or as many of the waies or meanes
       aforesaid or by any other waies or meanes or in any such manner and Forme as by
       the said Robert Skinner or his heires or Assignes or any of them or of any of
       his or theire Councell Learned in the Lawe shall bee Reasonably devised advised
       or Required And Lastly Itt is hereby Covenanted granted Declared Concluded
       and Agreed by and betweene the said parties to these p.rsents and the true intent &
       meaning of the said parties to these presents is and is hereby declared to bee That
       as well these presents and all and every other Fyne and Fynes Recovery & recoveries
       Deed and Deeds Conveyances and other Assureances whatsoever heretofore had
       made Acknowledged Leavied suffered or executed or hereafter to bee Leavied
       sufferred or executed of or Concerning the aforementioned tract parcell or divident
       of Land Called Island Neck to bee hereby bargained p.rmisses with thappurtenances
