       Or any part or parcell thereof by or betweene the said parties to these p.rsents
       or any of them or whereunto they or Either of them are or shall bee pties or
       privies and the full force effect execucon of the same and Every of them
       shall bee and Enure and shall bee had taken Reputed Deemed Adjudged
       and Confirmed to bee and enure To and for the onely pper use and behoofe
       of the said Robert Skinner his heires and Assignes for ever and to and for
       none other use intent or purpose whatsoever In witnesse whereof the
       parties first Above named To these present Indentures theire hands and
       seales Interchangeably have sett and Putt the day and yeare first Above

       our Lord god one thousand six hundred and eighty Came before mee
       (Henry Darnall Esq.r one of his Lopps Privy Councell) the within
       menconed Solomon Thomas and did Acknowledge the w.thin written
       Deed To bee his Act and deed to the use therein mentioned and desired
       the same might bee Recorded in the Records of the Lopps Provinciall
       Court for the Province of Maryland In Testimony Whereof I
       have hereunto subscribed my name the day and yeare first Above
       written One thousand six Hundred and Eighty

       Andrew Abington of St Maryes County desired that the marke of his
       Cattle and hoggs might bee Recorded w.ch is as Followeth viz

       Cropt in the Left Eare & a Flower deluce in the Right Eare

       Whereas I James Mills of Baltemore County in this Province gentl did
       lately to witt in the moneth of August last past bring unto Charles County in the same
       Province seaver all horses and Mares (viz) thirteene in number And whereas all the
       said horses and Mares are yet Remaining in the said County and being willing to
       sell and dispose of the same Doe by these presents ordaine Constitute depute and
       putt my Trusty and well beloved friend William Wells of the same County of
       Charles County for mee and in my name and to my use to sell and dispose of all and
       Every such horses and Mares as are myne or properly to mee doe belong in Charles
       County aforesaid to any person or persons for the most proffitt and best advantage of mee
       the said James Mills my Executors Administrato.rs or assignes and for mee and in my
       name to seale signe and deliver such firme bills of sale or other warranty for the
       same and for the suremakeing the said horses or Mares to any person or persons to
       whome hee shall think Fit to sell and dispose the same as to my said Attorney
