       By this Publick Instrument of Procuration or Lett.r of Attorney Bee it Knowne and
       Manifest unto all people that On the sixteenth day of the Moneth of July Annoq Dom
       One thousand six hundred seaventy nine & in the One and thirtieth yeare of the Reigne
       of Our soveraigne Lord Charles the Second by the Grace of God of England
       Scotland France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith &c Before me Josiah
       Jones of Notary Tabellion Publick is By authority of our said soveraigne Lord
       the King Admitted and sworne dwelling in the Citty of London and in the p.rsence
       of the Witnesses after Named personally appeared M.r John Baudon of London
       aforesaid Merchant unto me Notary well Knowne who hath made Ordained &
       in his stead and place hath put and Constituted And by these p.rsents doth make
       Ordaine and in his stead and place doth putt and Constitute The Right Hono.ble Charles
       Lord Baltemore Governour of the province of Maryland in America and Captaine
       William Diggs of Maryland aforesaid Merchant to bee his true and Lawfull Attornyes
       and assignes Giveing unto them Joyntly or seaverally full power authority and speciall
       Charges for ^&^ in the name and to the use of him Constituant to Aske demand Leavy
       Recover and receive of and from Cap.t John Quigly of Maryland aforesaid Marchant
       his heires Executo.rs or adm.rs or any other person or persons whome of Right it doth or may
       Concerne and Out of and from his theire or any of theire Goods Plantacons servants
       slaves Effects and estate Wheresoever hee they or any of them is are or shall bee
       found all and singular such sume and sumes of Money goods Wares Marchandizes
       Effects and things whatsoever as the said Cap.t John Quigley or any others Conserned
       doth Or doe Owe or have in his theire Or any of theire hands posession or Custody
       due belonging Or appertaining unto the said Constituant M.r John Bawdon Bee the
       same by bond bill Noate accompt Covenant Contract Promise Consignm.t of Goods or
       otherwise for what Cause reason or meanes soever Nothing excepted non Reserved
       w.th all Costs dammages And interests Also to Compound and agree by Arbitracon or otherwise
       and to accompt w.th and take accompt of the said Cap.t John Quigley or any other
       person or persons whatsoever whome it doth or may Concerne Upon recovery and
       receipt of the p.rmisses or any part thereof to make passe and give due acquittances
       and discharges And for the better and more speedy Effecting the p.rmisses in Case
       of refusall or delay therein the said Constituant doth hereby further authorise
       and impower his said Attornyes Joyntly and seaverally for him to appeare in all
       Courts and before all Lords Judges and Justices there to defend answere and reply
       to all matters and Causes touching or Concerning the p.rmisses and to psue implead seize
       sequester attach arrest imprisson and to Condemne and out of prison againe when need
       shall be to deliver Likewise One Attornye or were w.th like or limitted power under
       them Or either of them to make and substitute and the same at pleasure to revoke &
       Generally in and Concerning the p.rmisses and the dependences thereof to doe say transact &
       accomplish all and Whatsoever the said Constituant himselfe might or Could doe psonally
       although the matter required more speciall authority then herein is Comprized The
       said Constituant promiseing hereby To have and to hold for good firme and of vallue
       for ever all and Whatsoever his said attornyes or Either of them or theire substitutes
       shall Lawfully doe or Cause to be done in and about the p.rmisses by vertue of these
       p.rsents In witnesse whereof the said Constituant hath hereunto put his hand Seale
