       And That the Moyety of the same bee repaid by the aforesaid Job Nutt
       unto the said Henry Jowles And That the said Job Nutt recover ag.t
       the said Henry Jowles and Sybell his wife Ex.ix as aforesaid The sume
       of                                                pounds of Tobacco Costs of suite

Maryland fs Whereas there is a Judgement obtained by the Ex.rs of John Cunningham
                   deceased against Walter Hall gent deceased for the summe of six thousand
                   seaven hundred sixty and two pounds Tobacco with Costs of suite in the provin.all
                   Court and Whereas I John Watson one of the Executors of the said Cunningham
                   have received satisfaccon for the same Judgement of Margarett Hall widdow
                   ex.ix of the same Walter You are therefore hereby Impowered and desired
                   to acknowledge satisfaccon upon Record to y.e said Judgment and for Your
                   proceedings herein this shall be your Irrevocable Warrant Witnesse my
                   hand and seale the 29.th of June 1679

                   of your Attornyes of the Provinciall Court (As I am Attorny of John Penroy
                   Maryno.r and Master of the good shipp Prosperous of London To sue out such
                   processe at Law against Robert Mason Merchant of This province and the same
                   against him to prosecute as in The best of your Judgements you Thinke fitt in
                   Certaine Differences depending betweene them the said John and Robert relateing to y.e
                   breach of a Certaine Chart.r made betweene them as alsoe whatsoever other difference
                   relateing to the same may or hath arisen Between them & alsoe mallaccons & suites comenced
                   against him to appeare and defend And for Your soe doeing This shall bee yo.r Warr.t
                   as Witnesse my hand and seale the sixteenth day of September in the Yeare of
                   Our Lord One thousand six hundred seaventy nine

       England Marchants Bearing date y.e Sixteenth day of March 1676/7 Whereby I John
       Hatch of Charles County am Constituted Attorney for the said Samuell in all his Concernes &
       affaires w.thin this Province of Maryland I the said John Hatch doe hereby authorise
       you Christopher Rousby to appeare To prosecute and Defend as Attorney for the said
       Samuell Leadbeater all Causes accons and Matters That now are or hereafter may be depending
       in y.e Provinciall Court of This Province Concerning y.e Estate of the said Samuell
       for w.ch This shall bee Your sufficient Warrant Witnesse my hand & seale The Ninth
       day of October One Thousand six hundred seaventy Eight
