127 (118) Five steers of three years old each Two sowes Two Barrowes One Boar Twelve poultry and seaverall houshold goods VOL Two Flock Bedds with Ruggs and Blanketts old Three Iron potts w.th pott hookes One Frying pan old One old Cupboard Two puter dishes Three plates and Two old Basons Two milke pales old One Iron spitt One Iron pott Rock Two hold Chests One little brasse Kettle 1.s gal and one great brasse Kettle 16 gall very old six milk Trayes One Iron pestle One broad Axe Three Iron Wedges One six foot saw and file old one paire of marking Irons One Mill peck One Augar Two Old hoes Two stock Locks Two hamm.rs Two more Iron Wedges One Gunn barrell and Lock price Fifty pounds of Tobacco One Carpent.rs Adze and One hand saw at or before the tenth day of January now next ensueing And That the aforesaid Michael Tawny Attorney of the aforesaid Job Nutt shall upon due notice given by the aforesaid Henry Jowles or his order bee readie at The aforesaid plantacon of the said Job Nutt to take and receive all and every the aforesaid Cattle hoggs poultry and houshold Goods soe to bee deliv.rd by the said Henry Jowles and Sybell his wife as aforesaid and to give receipt to the said Henry Jowles and Sybell his wife for the same And it is further ord.rd adjudged and decreed That the aforesaid Henry Jowles and Sybell his Wife Ex.ix of William Groome as aforesaid doe well and truely pay unto the said Jobe Nutt his Attorney and Attornyes Assignee or assignes the full and Just summe of Eleaven Thousand Two hundred and five pounds of Tobacco Conveniently in Calvert County at or Upon The Tenth day of January w.ch shall bee in the Yeare of our Lord One Thousand six hundred seaventy nine And it is further ordered adjudged and decreed That the said Henry Jowles and Sybell his wife Ex.ix of William Groome as aforesaid doe make seale and deliver unto the said Job Nutt his Attorney or Attornyes assignee or assignes One good and sufficient bills bonds writeings and accompts Whatsoever and also from all and all manner of Erro.r or Erro.rs Whatsoever in the suites afore specified and also that The said Michael Tawny Attornye of the said Job Nutt or other the Attornye or attornyes of the said Job Nutt for the time being Doe upon the performance of all & singular of the Orders Judgements and determinacons aforesad make seale and deliver unto the said Henry Jowles and Sybell his wife Exec.ix of William Groome as aforesaid One good and sufficient release and discharge of and from all bargaines Covenants Contracts Agreements bills bonds Writeings and accompts whatsoever and alsoe from all and all manner of Erro.r and Error.rs And it is further ordered adjudged and decreed That the aforesaid Henry Jowles and Sybell his Wife Ex.ix as aforesaid doe at or before the tenth day of January now next Ensueing Deliver up possession unto the said Job Nutt his Attorney or Attorneys Assignee or assignes of One Plantacon Called by the name of Nutts Clift Lyeing in petuxant River w.th all and singular the houses & Edifices thereunto belonging And Lastly It is further ordered adjudged and decreed That the summe of three thousand pounds of Tobacco Expended by the Refferees parties and evidences dureing the sitting of the Comission.rs aforesaid at the house of M.r Thomas Bankes bee paid and discharged by equall proporcon between the said Job Nutt his Attorney or Attorneys Assignee or assignes and The said Henry Jowles and Sybell his Wife Executrix of the said William Groome deceased as aforesaid and also that the summe of Foure hundred pounds of Tobacco bee paid unto John Fawkes Clerke of the Refferees by Majo.r Henry Jowles and Sybell his Wife Ex.ix as aforesaid And |
