(111) 120 Land called Colletton Containeing by Estimacon seaven hundred acres more or lesse scituate Lyeing and being on the East side of Chesiapeak bay in the said County of Baltemore and alsoe all that parcell of Land called the Tryangle Containing by estimacon One hundred & fifty acres more or Lesse scituate Lyeing and being On the Easterne of Chesepeak bay aforesaid in the said County of Baltemore and also that parcell of land Called the Triumph Containing by estimacon five hundred acres more or lesse scituate Lyeing & being in Elke River in the aforesaid County of Baltemore & also all that parcell of land called the Two Necks in Chesipiak Bay on the Easterne side the said bay in Elk River aforesaid in the said County of Baltemore Containing by estimacon six hundred acres more or lesse And also all houses Edifices buildings upon the said seaverall parcells of land erected and built & the Revercon & revercons Remainder & remaind.rs of all & singular the same p.rmisses & every part thereof and also all the estate right Title use possession property benefitt Intrest Claime & demand whatsoever of him the said Robert Hawkins of in and to every or any part or pcell thereof and all woods Underwoods Trees Growing standing or being upon the premisses & every or any part or parcell thereof & all deeds evidences & writeings touching and Concerning the same p.rmisses onely To have & to hold all & every the said Lands & p.rmisses & every part & parcell of them & every of them Granted bargained & sold as aforesaid or mentioned or intended to bee granted bargained & sold as aforesaid with theire and every of theire appurtenances unto the said William Dare his heires & assignes for ever And the said Rob.t Hawkins for himself his heires Executo.rs administ.rs & assignes doth Covenant promisse and grant by these p.rsents to and with the said William Dare his heires Executo.rs adm.rs & assignes that hee the said Robert Hawkins at the time of the ensealeing and delivery of these p.rsents is and doth stand Lawfully seized solely and absolutely seized of a Lawfull absolute & indefeazeable estate of Inheritance in Fee simple of & in all & every Owner of the said Lands & that hee the said Robert Hawkins is the true & Lawfull Owner of the said Lands & p.rmisses & every part thereof and hath in himself full power good true & Lawfull right title and authority to Grant bargaine & sell the same unto the said William Dare his heires & assignes in Manner & forme aforesaid & that the same Lands & p.rmisses & every part and parcell thereof now are and bee free & cleare & Clearely acquitted exonerated & Discharged of and from all and all manner of former & other bargaines sales guifts grants Leases Mortgages Rents arreareages of Rents Wills uses Intailes statutes Merchant & of the Staple Recognizances Judgements extents Executions Joyntures Dowers Trusts & of and from all other Estates charges Titles Troubles & incumbrances Whatsoever except the Cheife Rents and services which from hence forth shall grow due to bee paid to the Cheife Lord or Lord of the Fee or Fees of the premisses for or in respect of his or theire seigniory or signioryes In witnesse whereof the parties aforesaid to these present Indentures have Interchangeably putt theire hands & seales the day Month and yeare first above written Sealed & delivered in y.e p.rsence of The marke of Robert R H Hawkins sealed Daniell Clerke W.m Bisshop John Boddy Guil Scorey Not Pub October y.e 11.th 1678 Then Daniell Clarke one of the witnesses to the w.thin Deed made Oath in open Court that hee saw Robert Hawkins signe seale and deliver y.e same as his act & Deed to y.e uses Therein Mentioned Nich Painter Cl Cur Prov.all |
