       are therein more perticularly described And also all houses edifices and buildings
       upon the said Seaverall peices or percells of Land erected and Built and the Revercon
       and Revercons Remainder and Remainders of all and Singular the same p.rmisses
       and every part thereof and also all the Estate Right Title Interest Claime and
       demand whatsoever of him the said William Dunkerton of in and to the same &
       of in and to every part and parcell thereof and all woods Underwoods and Trees
       now growing standing or being upon the premisses and every or any part or
       parcell thereof and all Deeds Evidences and writeings Touching or Concerning
       the same premisses Onely or onely any part thereof To have and to hold
       the said seaverall peices or percells of Land and all other the p.rmisses afore menconed
       or intended to bee hereby granted bargained sold enfeoffed and Confirmed and every part
       thereof w.th thappurtenances unto the said Robert Hawkins his heires & assignes
       to the onely proper use and behoofe of the said Robert Hawkins his heires and assigns
       for ever Provided alwayes and under the Condicon that if the said William
       Dunkerton his heires Executo.rs Adm.rs or assignes the aforesaid sum
       of One hundred & thirty pounds of Lawfull money of England in manner and
       forme following That is to say Thirty pounds part thereof on or before the six
       and Twentyeth day of December next Ensueing the date of these p.rsents
       Fifty pounds more thereof upon or before the Six and Twentyeth day of
       October which shall bee in the yeare of our Lord God One thousand Six hund.rd
       Seaventy and six And the other fifty pounds Residue and in full payment of
       all the said summe of One hundred and Thirty pounds upon or before the
       Six and Twentieth day of October which shall bee in the yeare of our Lord
       God One thousand six hundred seaventy and seaven w.thout any fraud or farther
       delay and w.thout any defalcacon or abatement of or for any manner of Tan
       charge or assessm.t whatsoever that then and from thenceforth it shall and may
       bee Lawfull to and for the sid William Dunkerton his heires and assignes into
       the said seaverall peices and parcells of Land and other the p.rmisses to Reenter &
       have againe Repossesse and enjoy as in his or theire first and form.r estate and
       that then in such case these presents shall be and enure to and for the onely
       use and behoof of the said William Dunkerton his heires and assignes for ever
       and that then upon payment made and aforesaid that part of these presents w.ch is
       Under the hand and seale of the said William Dunkerton shall be delivered in mann.r
       him or his heires or assignes to bee canselled and made voyd And all other Deeds
       Evidences Writeings touching the aforesaid p.rmisses or anny part thereof shall
       bee delivered back to the said William Dunkerton whole safe Undafaced and
       Uncanselled for and Notwithstanding any voluntary or wilfull act to bee
       done Committed or suffered by the said Robert Hawkins his heires Executo.rs or
       assignes to the Contrary This Indenture or any thing herein Contained to the
       Contrary thereof in any wise Notw.thstanding And the said Will.m Dunkerton
       doth Covenant and promisse for him his heires Execut.rs and Adm.rs To and w.th
       the said Robert Hawkins his Executo.rs adm.rs and assignes by these p.rsents in mann.r
       and forme following that is to say that hee the said William Dunkerton his heirs
       Executo.rs Adm.rs or assignes shall and will well and truely pay or cause to bee paid
       unto the said Robert Hawkins his Executors adm.rs or assignes the foresaid sume
       of one hundred and thirty pounds of Lawfull money of England on such dayes
       and Times and in such manner and forme as is Mentioned and expressed in
       the aforesaid Proviso or Condicon without any fraud or further Delay and w.thout
       any Defalcacon or abatement of or for any manner of Tax or assesm.t whatsoever
       And further that hee the said William Dunkerton at the time of y.e sealeing
       and Delivery of these p.rsents is and standeth Lawfully Solely and absolutely
       Seized of the aforesaid Seaverall persells of Land and other the p.rmisses aforementioned
       or intended to bee hereby bargained granted sold enfeoffed & Confirmed
       and every part and parcell thereof of a good Lawfull perfect absolute &
       indefeazeable estate of Inheritance in Fee simple absolutely And that
