       propper Cost and charges of the said Edward Ward hs heires or assignes and all the Estate
       Right Title Interest proffitt property Claime and demand whatsoever of him the
       said Henry Fox his heires and assignes of in and to the same To have & to hold the
       said peice or parcell of Land with the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said
       Edward Ward his heires and assignes for ever and to none other use intent or
       purpose whatsoever and the said Henry Fox for himself his heires and assignes
       doth hereby Covenant promise and grant to and w.th the said Edward Ward his
       heires and assignes that hee the said Henry Fox is at the time of the Ensealing
       of these presents the true sole and absolute Owner of the said p.rmisses and now
       hath in himself good right full power and Lawfull authority to Grant bargaine sell
       Enfeoffe & Confirme the said premisses unto the said Edward Ward his heires or assigns
       and that the Same now is and ^soe^ shall bee and remaine Free and Cleere and freely and
       Cleerly acquitted exonerated and discharged as well of and from all former & other
       Gifts grants Bargaines Sales Leases for life or years Dowers tytles of Dower
       Judgements Execution Extents statutes staple and of the Merchant Rents charges
       Rents seck Reentries forfeitures Cause or causes of forfeitures or Reentries (the
       rent and services due and payable to the chiefe Lord or Lords of the Fee or Fees
       onely excepted and Foreprized as of and from all other Charges and incumbrances
       Claimes and demands whatsoever of him the said Henry Fox his heires and assignes
       or of any other person or persons whatsoever haveing or Claimeing or rightfully
       pretending to have or Claime any estate Right Tytle or Interest of in or to
       the Same from by or under him them or any of them or by his theire or any of
       theire Act meanes Consent or procurement And further that hee the said
       Henry Fox his heires or assignes shall and will at the request and pper Cost &
       charges in the Law of the said Edward Ward w.thin the time and space of seaven
       yeares now next ensueing make doe acknowledge and suffer or cause to bee made
       done acknowledged and suffered such Further and other Conveyance or Conveyances
       assureance or assureances for the further better and more pfect Conveying and
       assureing the said premisses whether it bee by deed or deeds inroled or inrolled
       the Enrolm.t of these presents Feofm.t or Feofm.ts Fyne or Fynes Recovery or
       Recoveryes w.th double or single Voucher or Vouchers or by all and every of the said
       Wayes or meanes or any other manner of wayes or Meanes as by the Councell of the
       said Edward Ward his heires or assignes shall bee reasonably advised devised or required
       soe that the said Henry Fox his heires and assignes bee not troubled to travell further
       then the Citty of S.t Maryes for the Doeing of the same And Lastly it is agreed
       by and between the said parties to these presents that such further or other Conveyance
       or assureance soe to bee made or done shall bee and Inure and soe shall bee taken
       to bee and inure to the onely proper use and behoof of the said Edward Ward his
       heires and assignes for ever and to none other use intent or purpose whatsoever
       In witnesse whereof the said parties first above named to these p.rsent Indentures
       Interchangeably have sett theire hands and seales the day and Yeare first
       above Written

                                          On the backside of the aforegoing Conveyance was thus

       Then Henry Fox acknowledged the w.thin Written deed of Conveyance to bee his

       Right Hono.ble Charles Lord Baltemore &c Over Maryland Betweene Thomas Bennet
       of the County of Saint Maryes in the Province of Maryland plant.r & Elizabeth
       his wife of the one part and Symon Sprackling of the County aforesaid and
