       whatsoever And that free and Cleere and freely and Cleerely and absolutely Acquited exonerated and
       discharged of and from all and all manner of former and other giufts grants bargaines sales Leases
       Joynters dowers uses wills entayles fynes post fynes Issues Amerciaments seizures Judgments
       Executions Extents statutes Recognizances Rents Arrerages of Rents and services Charges Troubles
       and Incumbrances whatsoever had made Comitted doe or suffered by the said Thomas Marshe his
       heyres or assignes or any of them or by any other person or persons whatsoever the Rents and services
       from henceforth to grow due and payable for the said premisses to the Chiefe Lord or Lords of the
       fee or fees whereof the same are holden (onely excepted and foreprized) And further the said
       Thomas Marshe for himselfe his heyres Executo.rs & administrato.rs and for every of them
       doth further Covenant promise and grant to and with the said Thomas Starling his heyres and
       assignes and to and with every of them by these presents That he the said Thomas Marshe and
       Jane his now wife and the heyres of the said Thomas Marshe and all and every other person
       and persons and theire heyres which now have or att any time or times hereafter shall or
       may have any Lawfull estate Right title interest or inheritance of in or to the said parcell
       of Land and premisses or any parte thereof shall ^&^ will att all tyme and tymes hereafter at
       & upon the Reasonable Request and att the proper Costs and Charges in the Law of the said
       Thomas Starling his heyres and assignes doe make acknowledge execute and suffer all
       ^&^ every such further Lawfull and reasonable act and acts thing and things device and devices
       assureance and assureances in the Law whatsoever which shall or may be for ^the^ further better
       and more perfect assureing sure makeing and Conveying of the said parcell of Land and premisses
       with the appurtenances the said Thomas Starling his heyres and assignes and to his and theire
       owne proper use and behoofe for ever abovesaid according to the true meaneing of these
       presents bre bitt by deed or deeds Inrolled or not inrolled the acknowledgeing and inrollement
       of these p.rsents Fyne or Fynes Recovery or Recoverys Feofement release or
       Confirmation with warranty according to the true meaneing of these p.rsents or otherwise without
       warranty or by all any or as many of the said wayes or meanes or by any other Lawfull
       or reasonable wayes or meanes whatsoever as the said Thomas Starling his heyres or
       assignes or any his or their Councell Learned in the Law shall Reasonably defend devise or
       Advise and require which said further assureance and assureances itt is heerby declared
       and fully agreed Betweene the said parties to these p.rsents shall be and enure and shall be adjudged
       deemed Construed and taken to bee and enure to the onely ^proper^ use and behoofe of the said Thomas
       Starling and his heyres and assignes for ever and to and for none other use intent or purpose
       whatsoever And moreover the said Thomas Marshe for himselfe his heyres Executo.rs Adm.rs &
       assignes doth Covenant promise and grant to and with the said Thomas Starling his heyres
       Executo.rs Adm.rs and assignes and to and with every of them by these presents That he ^the^ said
       Thomas Marshe his heyres Executo.rs adm.rs and assignes and every of them the said parcell of Land
       and all and singular other the said premisses before mentioned to be given granted bargained sold
       aliened and Confirmed and every parte and parcell thereof with the appurtenances unto the
       said Thomas Starling his heyres and assignes against all every other person & persons
       whatsoever shall and will warrant and for ever defend by these presents And further I the
