Civitas Bristoll
       These are to Certifie unto All whom it shall Concerne that on this p.rsent Thirtyeth day of
       October in the Eight & Twentyeth yeare of the Raigne of Our Sovereigne Lord Charles the
       second by the Grace of God of England Scotland France & Ireland King defender of the Faith
       &c John Hellier of the City of Bristoll Gentl & Robert Bound of the same Citty Shipwright Came
       personally before me William Crabb Esq.r Mayor of the said Citty and did both depose & make
       Voluntary Oath on the holy Evangelists by them taken that they the said Deponents did for the
       Release or writeing hereto annexed dated the Third day of August One Thousand Six hundred
       seaventy Six Signed Sealed & Delivered by John England of the Citty of Bristoll Merchant
       in the said Release or writeing named (And whereunto his name is sett & subscribed as
       his Act & Deede on or aboute the day of the Date of the saide writeing And that
       they the said Deponents did thereupon sett & Subscribe theire names to the said writeing
       as Witnesses to then sealing & delivery thereof All which upon Request I doe hereby Certifie
       In Testimony whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and Comon seale of my office of
       Mayoralty the day & Yeare first above written Annoq Domi One Thousand six hundred seaventy

       Be it Knowne unto all men by these p.rsents That John England of the Citty of Bristoll
       Merchant & Thomas Jones of the same Citty Merchant have on the day of the date hereof
       fully Adjusted & Evened all Accompts Controversies & Demands att any time heretofore depending
       or in question betweene them for any matter or Cause or upon Any Contract whatsoever
       (Saveing & Excepting as hereafter so saved & Excepted) And therefore & for other good
       Reasons & Consideracons the said John England doth hereby for himselfe his heyres Exec.rs
       & Adm.rs Remise Release and for Ever quite Clayme to the said Thomas Jones his heyres
       Exec.rs & Adm.rs & Every of them All & all manner of Accons & suites Cause & Causes of Accons
       and Suites plaintes debts Specialtys Accompts bills bonds Covenants Contracts quarrels
       Controversies Judgements Executions & demands whatsoever (from the Beginning of the World
       untill the day of the date hereof) which he the said John England now hath or att any
       time hereafter may or might have Against the said Thomas Jones his heyres Exec.rs or Adm.rs
       or any of them for upon or by reason of any matter or Cause whatsoever from the Beginning of
       the world untill the day of the date hereof Exclusive of the same day Saveing Excepting &
       Reserving allwayes to him the said John England his heyres Exec.rs & Adm.rs & Every of them
       All Such Accons & Dependances betweene the said parties as Concerne theire Virginea or
       Maryland Trade in partnershipp betweene them & Thomas Bisse of the same Citty Merchant
       Joyntly & Equally And all Right Title Interest Estate & Advantage as the said Thomas
       Jones his heyres Exec.rs or Adm.rs hath or can or may hereafter Challenge Clayme or demand
       to have Out of any the lands Chattels Leases or Reall possessions purchased at any time
       heretofore by him the said John England And all bonds & Securityes given or Entred
       into by the said Thomas Jones to the said John England for the payeing or leaveing of
       any money goods or other provision to or for Elizabeth now wife of the said Thomas Jones
       and Daughter of the said John England after the death of the said Thomas Jones In
       Wittnes whereof the said John England hath hereunto sett his hand & seale Dated
       the Third day of August in the Eight & Twentyeth yeare of the Reigne of Our Sovereign
       Lord King Charles the second over England &c Annoq Domi One Thousand Six hundred
       Seaventy Six
Sealed & Delivered in the p.rsence of                                                Jn.o England Sealed
    Jn.o Hellier  Robert Bound  Henry Barnsdale
                                           The Fourth of December one Thousand Six hundred seaventy Six
       Memorandu that this Day Came John Hellier of the Citty of Bristoll Gentl before me and
       offered to make A Voluntary Oath that the Release above written & all things therein Contained
Cha Baltemore  are True And that he & The other persons whose names are sett as witnesses to the same Release
       did See the same signed Sealed & Delivered by the Above named John England to the above
       named Thomas Jones as is above Certified under the Witnesses hands
