investment securities, and secured transactions,
including sales of accounts, contract rights, and
chattel paper, public notice to third parties in
certain circumstances by the filing of certain
papers in public offices, and the procedures,
evidence, and damages in certain instances involving
commercial transactions; relating and pertaining to
the fair trade laws of this State, including natters
relating to the regulation of certain practices in
the distribution of commodities under a
distinguished trade—mark, brand, or name; relating
and pertaining to the antitrust laws of this State,
including matters relating to the regulation of
unfair competition and contracts, combinations,
monopolies, and conspiracies in restraint of trade
or commerce; relating and pertaining to the
marketing of gasoline products, including matters
relating to the regulation of marketing agreements
between gasoline producers and gasoline dealers;
relating and pertaining to the unfair sales and
unfair [[cigarettes]] cigarette sales laws of this
State, including matters relating to the prohibition
of certain unfair trade practices and advertising
and offering to sell or selling merchandise at less
than cost; relating and pertaining to certain
restrictions on the use of or trafficking in
liquefied petroleum gas containers; relating and
pertaining to the prohibition of false advertising
in the conduct of any business, trade, or commerce
or in the provisions of any service; relating and
pertaining to factors and consignees, including
matters relating to the creation of liens,
establishment of priorities, contracts with factors
and consignees, transactions with agriculture
products, and conversion by a consignee of certain
goods; relating and pertaining to electric storage
batteries, including matters relating to
identification marks on, disposal of, and dealings
with these batteries; relating and pertaining to
convict made goods and the sale and coloring of baby
chickens and other fowl; relating and pertaining to
credit regulations in general, interest and usury,
industrial finance loans, small loans, consumer
loans, and secondary mortgage loans, including
matters relating to the regulation of these and
various other loans and lenders, permitted rates of
interest and other charges, required disclosures,
computations, and other duties, prohibited charges,
transactions and other activities, and the
regulation and licensing of certain lenders and
other persons making certain loans; relating and
pertaining to retail credit accounts, retail
installment sales, and related credit sale
