COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

shall be two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and shall be
payable to said clerk before any such license is issued.

(b) The hours during which the privileges
conferred by Class B beer license may be exercised shall
be from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m., Monday through Saturday, and
from 8:00 a.m. to 2 a.m. on Sunday.

SECTION 4. Beer license, Class C, (on sale), Clubs

(a)    General Provisions — A Class C beer
license shall be issued by the Clerk of the circuit Court
for Talbot County and shall authorize the holder thereof
to keep for sale and sell beer at retail to bona fide
members and their guests at any club at the place therein
described for consumption on the premises only. The
annual fee for such a license shall be twenty—five
dollars ($25.00) and shall be payable to said clerk
before any such license is issued.

(b)    The hours during which the privileges
conferred by Class C beer license may be exercised shall
be from 6 a.m. to 12 midnight, Monday through Saturday
and from 8 a.m. to 12 midnight on Sunday.

SECTION 5. Beer license, Class D, (on and off
sale), Marinas

fa) General Provisions — A Class D beer
license shall be issued by the Clerk of the Circuit Court
for Talbot County and shall authorize the holder thereof
to keep for sale and sell beer at retail at any marina at
the place therein described for consumption on the
premises and elsewhere. The annual fee for such a license
shall be two hundred seventy-five dollars ($275.00) and
shall be payable to said clerk before any such license is
issued.

(b) The hours during which the privileges
conferred by Class D beer license may be exercised shall
be from 6 a.m. to 12 midnight, Monday through Saturday
and from 8 a.m. to 12 midnight on Sunday.

BEER, WINE, AND LIQUOR LICENSES

SECTION 6. Beer, wine, and liquor license, Class E,
(off sale)

(a) General Provisions - A Class E Beer,
wine, and liquor license shall be issued by the Clerk of
the Circuit Court for Talbot County and shall authorize
the holder thereof to keep for sale and sell all
alcoholic beverages at retail in any quantity to any
consumers at the place therein described and to deliver
