the same in a sealed package or container which package
or container shall not be opened or the contents consumed
on the premises where sold. The annual fee for such a
license shall be one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and
shall be payable to said clerk before any such license is
issued.

(b)    The hours during which the privileges
conferred by Class E beer, wine, and liquor license may
be exercised shall be from 6 a.m. to 12 midnight, Monday
through Saturday. On Sundays BEER ONLY may be sold from
8 a.m. to 12 midnight.

(c)    No such license shall be issued except
to grocery stores, drug stores, incorporated clubs,
restaurants, and hotels which have been doing business in
Talbot County for more than one year prior to the date of
the application for such license.

SECTION 7. Beer, wine, liquor license, Class F, (on
sale), hotels and restaurants

(a)    General Provisions - A Class F beer,
wine, and liquor license shall be issued by the Clerk of
the Circuit Court for Talbot County and shall authorize
the holder thereof to keep for sale and sell all
alcoholic beverages at retail at any hotel having 25 or
more bedrooms and regularly preparing and serving food on
the premises where alcoholic beverages are sold for
consumption on the premises only, or the licensee shall
seat at least 50 persons, maintain a kitchen staffed for
serving food and providing a menu for at least two meals
per day on a regular basis, the menu not to be a
so-called "sandwich menu", for consumption on the
premises only. The annual fee for such a license shall
be one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and shall be payable
to such clerk before any such license is issued.

(b)    The hours during which the privileges
conferred by Class F beer, wine, liquor license may be
exercised shall be from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m., Monday through
Saturday, and on Sunday from 12:30 p.m. to 2 a.m.

SECTION 8. Beer, wine, and liquor license, Class 6,
(on sale), Clubs

(a) General Provisions - A Class G beer,
wine, and liquor license shall be issued by the Clerk of
the Circuit Court for Talbot County and shall authorize
the holder thereof to keep for sale and sell all
alcoholic beverages at retail at any club at the place
therein described for consumption on the premises only.
The annual fee for such a license shall be two hundred
fifty dollars ($250.00) and shall be payable to said
