SECTION 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act
shall take effect sixty calendar days following its
enactment.

Bill No. 3

AN ACT to establish the compensation of the members
of the County Board of Appeals.

SECTION 1. "Be it enacted by the County Council of
Talbot County, Maryland", that the compensation of each
member of the County Board of Appeals shall be the sum of
One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) per year, payable
quarterly.

SECTION 2. And be it farther enacted, that this Act
shall take effect sixty (60) days following its
enactment.

Bill No. 4

AN ACT to establish the compensation of the County
Manager.

SECTION 1. "Be it enacted by the County Council of
Talbot County, Maryland", that the compensation of the
County Manager shall be Seventeen Thousand Dollars
($17,000.00) pet year, payable bi-weekly, plus voucher
expenses, etc.

SECTION 2. And be it further enacted, that this Act
shall take effect sixty (60) days following its
enactment.
